the entire inside of the property smell horrible, down to the room the hallway, and the elevator. My clothes smelled when I left the property and it was hard to sleep breathing in that horrid stentch.

There customer service is wonderful. This has been a difficult time in my life dealing with a death, long work hours due to being a healthcare privider. They made me comfortable. In my insane weekend, they were patient and worked through any issue. This will remain my home away from.

They could not find our reservation. Confirmed reservations at 8PM but by 11:30PM they had nothing. Staff were very rude. Basically kicked us out. Orbits had to find us other accommodations.

The check in was easy. I did not like that I called for extra pillows and they never arrived. Thr lady said that they were in the lobby. I wasn't able to find them.

This hotel is not a representation of how this chain of hotels are, only this particular one..first on check in was late at night and the front desk guy was borderline rude. The breakfast they say is included is nothing more than coffee, granola bars, packets of oatmeal, and packaged muffins of some sort, that was all literally..the room - first was supposedly a non smoking room, but wreaked of smoke when we walked in (to find out later the front desk admittedly said the people before us had smoked in there in fact), the room itself was ok as far as comfort level and the shower was fine but that’s pretty much where it stops; the appliances had rust on all the corners, broken cabinet doors, the windows (we raised them up the allotted few inches) for them to slip totally out of the frame bc they were broken and had been left that way, the pipes under the sink leaked and had been leaking because there were large whiteish/green circles where it had dripping for a long time and had been left that way. All the counter tops and dresser etc were chipped up severely on every single corner, and forget watching TV because over half the channels weren’t legible bc of the severe amount of static on them...I may would consider staying in one of this chains hotels again but assure you we will never stay at this location EVER again...we booked 3 nights and left a day early because it was so bad.

It was a nice room. I wish I had more time to enjoy it. Will stay there afain if and when I am back in Orlando area.

Would like if breakfast (which was a bag with instant oatmeal, a granola bar, a muffin and maybe one other thing) be available before 6 am. You have to ask for things you want, like a coffee pot. I assume they would have some coffee for you, too. Otherwise, you can get coffee and tea after 6. Front desk person was very helpful.

My parents needed a place to stay in Orlando for an early flight. We got them this room because it was reasonably priced and near enough to the airport. I’m glad that we did. My parents were very impressed by the staff, including the front desk employee who stayed on the phone with them when they took a wrong turn and couldn’t find it. They said the room was very clean and nice. Excellent experience all around.
