The house was perfect for our family of 10. Our littles enjoyed the theme rooms. The space and amenities were awesome. We enjoyed the patio and the pool as well as the pool table and theater area in the garage! Working with Wendy was very easy! It was a great placed to stay!

The house was very nice - clean and had everything my family of 10 needed for a week's stay. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood amenities were awesome and the location was perfect - near restaurants, shopping and all of the Disney parks. I would for sure stay here again.

Check in was easy. The house is clean and as described. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids 4-8 years old. Everyone enjoyed the pool on non Disney World days. The game room was well used by young and old. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The double stroller provided was a plus and we loved the close vicinity to all parks. We would book this vacation home again. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

The house was great, small issues. One towel, hand towel and wash cloth per person. No extra in the cupboards. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Our party consisted of 12, 6 adults and 6 children. No extra provided. Game room was excellent as was the pool and hot tub!!

Amazing villa

We were a family of 10 including 4 kids and stayed in this amazing villa for 2 weeks. The villa is perfect in terms of space and facilities and great location for the parks. Wendy is a great host and was very helpful whenever we needed to ask questions or wanted help. Would highly recommend.

Great Home for a large group

This was a good home for a large family. The Pool and Hot tub was nice and used a lot. The waterpark water for the slides was very cold, but the pool was great. Loved the events for the kids at the clubhouse. At the house they only provided 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods. 2 laundry detergent pods and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. For 12 people staying a week this was not enough so you have to buy more on your own.

Lots of games, big tv, fun themed rooms. Beds are comfortable, new towels, good location. Host was fast and responsive for the check in and out process, as well as when we needed more dishwasher and washer tabletsCleaners came an hour before check out time, they came at 9am and had us feeling rushed so we keft at 945am instead of 10. Not enough full bathrooms compared to the amount of rooms

Disney Family Vacation 2024

This property is fantastic. I can't think of anything negative to say. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There are lots & lots of towels. So close to the Magic Kingdom & all the parks. Walmart is right down the road - very convenient. Love this place

Thanksgiving Vacation

Overall the property was spacious and clean. Very impressed with the check in process regarding security purposes. Our grandchild loved her princess room very much. Just some suggestions to follow The kitchen needs a new can opener and crockpot. We had 3 roaches in the kitchen under the refrigerator and stove. The sofa in the living area is very uncomfortable. But we had fun anyway.

My family (14 kids and grandkids) went to Orlando for the theme parks. We experienced the ultimate thrill ride called hurricane Milton. We hunkered down as the house was well built and had a 20’ retaining wall in the backyard that faced west. We did have buckets of rain and wind but never lost power. Shout outs to the caring staff: Wendy who was extremely helpful and Steve who came to secure the pool furniture. He reset it the next day. This is our 4th VRBO rental in Windsor Hills. I can’t recommend this rental high enough. It was perfect. The game room had A/C, a pool table and a home theater. The kids lived there. The pool was great and the hot tub was actually hot. We will be returning to this same house soon.
