We debated on 3 or 4 stars. The condo was clean, and the location and amenities were great! Unfortunately, our stay had several issues that made it disappointing. The washer was broken, and our clothes were left sitting in a tub full of dirty water. We had to fish them out and go to a laundromat at 9 p.m., which was not how we wanted to spend our first night. We texted and called the host about this problem, but he never called us back—then or at any point afterward.One of our children slept on the hide-a-bed, which only had a sheet and no blanket. In December, it was definitely cool enough to need one. The bedroom TV remote also did not work. Additionally, only one roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom, which was not sufficient for a larger family.These issues and the lack of communication from the host negatively impacted our experience. We will stay at this location again, just not with this host.

Great location and responsive host

Host was responsive but there was no clear check in instructions sent that included door code only a pass to the community. Wifi or pool access code was not sent or included in guestbook, but the host did respond timely when inquired. It would just be more efficient/ helpful to have upfront

Nice place to vacation

The property was easy to access, clean, and just as described. There was plenty of space for a larger family and it was close to the parks. If you’ll b there for more than a day or two then you’ll need to bring your own paper / bath supplies. The washer and dryer were super convenient and parking was always available just outside our door. The only down side was that the dumpster was just outside the door, and it didn’t have a “ cozy” feel. But, if your there to go to the parks or take your kids to the pool/ lazy River, it’s a good place for a good deal.
