The house was clean and comfortable. The pool heat worked great and was well needed as the temps were lower than normal while we were there. Heather responded quickly to an issue we had with a tv connection. Great host. Thank you.

Highly Recommended! Perfect Location & Amenities

We recently had the pleasure of staying here.The property was clean, private, and incredibly comfortable. Its location was fantastic, with easy access to amenities, 1 min walk, which added to the convenience of our stay. Host addressed any questions or requests quickly. Check in was quick and easy upon arrival.If you're planning to visit during the cooler months, I highly recommend requesting the pool to be heated. It would have made our stay at the end of March even more enjoyable!Overall, this vacation resort home met our expectations, and I would definitely recommend. Only thing we found we really needed was beach towels. House has plenty of bath towels but they are white and not meant for kids and the pool. Other than that great stay.

Our family of 10 stayed and we were all very comfortable and felt at home here. It was clean upon arrival and contacting the host for anything was easy. Only thing is the smoke detectors kept going off even after replacing batteries so that was annoying..

Great Communication

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Keep in mind if you are looking for each bedroom to have a bath (which we were) this will not work, there are 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, the .5 bath is downstairs so 2 of the upstairs rooms had to share a hall bathroom. Cleanliness: House was pretty clean except bathroom shower had some grime (it was old and toilet looked painted over and peeling), the trash box was pretty gross, and we found someone's faux finger nails by the pool yuck. Location: The home is located behind a main street and the bushes are very thin so when out in the pool area there is little privacy and lots of noise. The neighbors across the street we believe were locals and would sit and have loud gatherings on their front porch. Pool: We enjoyed the pool the water was surprisingly cool. There is plenty of outdoor seating space. Like stated before it I'd facing a body street we think lead to the community pool because it was nosey in the day and very busy We even had some kids walk right through our yard area. Rooms: The beds were comfy and there were extra blankets and plenty of storage Kitchen: We had plenty of dishes but we struggled to cook for our large group since the appliances seemed to have really low wattage (20 min burger patties took an hour). All in All it was nice and I loved the host quick communication!

The line to get into the resort is busy , once your signed in its easy to come and go.When we arrived to our home the lock box number we received didn't work. had to have it reprogrammed, House was just as pictured. Used soaps were left in the showers, baby sock found on bed, dirty rag in chair. neighbors across were a pain, parked all over the place made it hard to pull out of the driveway. their kids ran all over the place tried selling you stuff. pool had food in it. otherwise the house was as pictured

Spring break 2021

Check in took a while traffic backed up to resort. House was great and clean. Location was alright. The back yard faced solterra dr. Lots of traffic. But on other hand it was across the street from clubhouse and pool. We enjoyed our stay.
