It had a/c but was terribly dated. It reminded me of a student apartment from the 1990s. However, we were escaping Hurricane Irma and any place in the storm with electricity was priceless. The TVs were CRTs, the stove was missing a burner, furniture was uncomfortable. It took four phone calls to get towels and we had to buy soap and other basic items at a store because the management company did not supply them. Condos are individually owned and are operated by a management company. We stayed here because it was the only place we could find in Orlando with a vacancy and electricity.

Pool great for grandkids. Great price for 2 bedroom suite. Main drawback is the distance to the attractions. Not too bad to Disney, but 45/60 minutes to Universal and SeaWorld. Maybe that's why the price was good.

Had to switch rooms because the first three bedroom we got smelled like wet dog and had stains all over the carpet and they didn't take the trash out. But they switched us immediately with no problems staff was nice and apologized. Other than that it was great our new room was in tiptop shape loaded with everything we needed

Excellent. People at the front desk are very friendly.

the 2. bedroom villas are very pretty, and spacious, guest room bathroom was clogged, the tub handle was loose and when i turn on water it came off. upon checkout, the front desk clerk did not give me a receipt ( orbit was going to send me the receipt), did not ask how my stay was or anything. (humm very surprised on that). overall, is ok.

Room was nice, not great. The bed was comfortable but would have preferred a king. We needed to buy our own toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc as the property only provides enough for 1-2 days. The distance is quite far from Disney and universal. If you don't mind a 20-40 minute drive, then this is a good place to stay. I did see a roach the 4th day in but I attribute that to being on the main floor as the roach came from the patio not the kitchen. The bathroom sink (double basin) did not have cold water and the shower (handicap stall) had a fixture that was hard to set on hot.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Had all the amenities of home.

We have stayed at this resort twice and will always go back. They have such nice condos, clean and easy to book with no hassle. It's close to Disney but far out enough to miss all the traffic and hustle and bustle of Kississme. Great amenities, with plenty to do without leaving the resort.

I booked a package through a travel company, including air, hotel and rental car for a set fee. When we arrived at the resort, they said because we had booked through a 3rd party they would have to charge a "cleaning fee" of $109.00. How disappointing that they take advantage of the fact that I had to pay their added fee or not stay there. I was HOT! They ended up losing some spa and gift shop money I would have been spending there, but I lost out because I was mad the whole time I stayed there. Boy a massage would have been nice, but I was not about to spend any more money at their facility.

Hotel room was not what we expected from being there the previous year. The hotel staff gladly moved us to a room like we had before. The rooms and grounds were beautiful .

We were very pleasantly pleased with the outer look of this resort. The homey intimacy was very welcoming. The check-in was fast and efficient and the rooms were large and well equipped. Our room had a beautiful view and our internet connection was good. We loved the free movies coffee 24/7. My only complaint was that the basketball and tennis court are one and the same. My family loves tennis so we research resorts to make sure tennis is available. Many times court was unavailable because of basketball. The gym was adequate, but need more air conditioning. Overall, we had a lovely little get away from Ohio.
