Hotel beds had mold on it dirty room will not ever stay there again.

Stayed there for a night, awesome people at the counter, rooms very nice and spacious, just needs little minor repair in our room other than that it was great,

We come from out of town twice a year for about the last 10 years. We have brought so many people there with us to all go to Knotts. I️ have never been in such a dumpy hotel. They said they gave us a renovated room and the only thing renovated was the floor. It was SO DIRTY. There was no Wi-Fi. It kept kicking us off! The grounds have overgrown half dead trees, and are very dirty! We will never go back!!!

Recent a year, this hotel management became so poor. I have used this hotel for 5years. My guests stayed at this hotel complained their towels with strong laundry detergent smell. Sofas are old. They can't keep each room in regular conditions. One room is door lock malfunctioned, another room is bathroom peaked, still another is air conditioner broken. My friends stayed here in 5 rooms, and they all had serious room problems. They were bitten their whole bodied some bugs such as bedbugs, fleas, and spiders... finally they decided to move into other hotels.

We stayed here for the walking distance to Knottsberry Farm, and that was nice. We also enjoyed Midieval Times next door. But the keys didn't work, they would send you up to "try" them but every time we had to go back to the front desk and get help. So one guy is running all over the hotel letting people in. The ac didn't work on our first night. Our room was 85 degrees. Our first night the room was so dirty we wore shoes so our feet didn't turn black. I had to kill a bug that was crawling up my leg in the bathroom. We stayed in another room the second night and it was better, but the keys still didn't work. I did talk to costumer service and we to transfer to a new hotel and feel that we should have been reimbursed for the first night but since we booked through Orbitz, they nor the Raddison will compensate for this stay.

Love the location of the hotel but unfortunately the hotel was very run down. None of the room keys worked so everytime we needed to get into our room we had to ask the front desk to open our door. The air conditioner was leaking water. Needs to be renovated asap!

The room seemed a little muggy at times and we had issues with the wifi and TV. The staff was very nice and quick to help with any issues. The pool was not heated.

Suite was very comfy and perfect for a family of six. Having the separate room really helps. Carpets and sofa are horrible but based on previous reviews I was expecting that. It's just old and no amt of cleaning will help. The bathroom and bed linen were clean and that's what matters. Shuttle was great plus. Saved us money on parking. We visited Knotts and downtown Disney. Negative was the horrific breakfast buffet. I don't mind paying for food but at $12 per person I expect food that doesn't come out of a bag or box. Terrible quality and no variety. Scrambled eggs, sausage, hard as rocks waffles. Really bad, we took a few bites and left. $57 bill was wasted money. We also didn't like that you cannot connect a play station to the main tv in room. The power supply is hidden behind the built in entertainment center and we could not move it. It was a bummer for our kids.

Leaking air conditioner, funky smell, very worn, things were falling apart. Called 3 times to bring up crib. Construction going on pretty early. Waited a while to check out. Elevators didn't work. Carpet was really worn. TV's were funky.

Rooms were great, Staff was Great. But some people that stay at this hotel have no respect for others at late night hours.

Every suite has a separate bedroom and a fridge and microwave, there is a nice courtyard in the center of the hotel so you can walk around or sit outside if you like. There was plenty of parking and a free shuttle to Disneyland which saves you $20 and is more convenient than parking at the parking structure and taking the tram to Downtown Disney. The front desk guys were very nice and the hotel was pretty quiet even though it is on a busy street.

This place was ghetto and not clean. We refused to stay there. We didn't even check in.

I've stayed at other Radisson Resorts & they were immaculate. This one has the name, but not the cleanliness. While it was comfortable & spacious, the room was unclean & looked like the carpet should have been shampooed or replaced. There are splatters of paint all around the premises. The staff was okay & there were no 'surprise' fees.

The rooms are very clean and the check-in & check-out is fast.

POSITIVES -- Suites instead of hotel rooms; living area/work desk great feature . . beautiful courtyard area w/ pool . . great location . . lobby very peaceful and inviting . . great front desk staff, especially Ramon :) NEGATIVES -- Minor aging issues (refrig door wouldn't fully close; water faucet at bar leaked slightly, et al) . . Definitely one of the best places to stay in the Buena Park area . .

I've stayed at this hotel before. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

Great location huge suites Near the park beautiful grounds

Rooms smelled terrible, bed sheets were not changed from previous guests it was wet snd smelled bad. Bathroom ceiling was leaking from ceiling all night, and air conditioning was not working I do not recommend this place at all.

This was probably a great hotel 20 years ago. Now, it is rundown and in desperate need of renovation. The carpet and furniture are old. The air conditioning was barely functional, and the pipes under the sink were constantly vibrating and making noise. The front desk staff was awesome and the grounds were great! This hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs renovation. Badly.

this hotel has gone downhill
