Worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed. Old and out of date furnishing. No vallet parking. No staff to help you with your luggage. Noisy aircondition. Very expensive for what it is. Bed was clean, but carpet inside the hotel very old and dirty.

It was close to everything, shops, restaurants...etc

The hotel is nice and clean, but be prepared to pay extra for parking and internet. The suite doesn't have a full kitchen or microwave if that is important to you. Otherwise, it's nice, close to a major shopping area and fairly quiet.

TV not working well. Lacking towels and water bottle opened. Pool area was nice. Front desk ok.

The package already included breakfast but they wanted to charge us for our meal

The parking a little pricey I guess those few blocks are jammed full so the parking lot price reflects that. However the hotel is really nice, great for business. I really liked the rooms and how they were designed.

The hotel was fine, but they charge $24/day for parking on site, which is ridiculous and makes the daily price quote effectively inaccurate.

First off, this was a very low-end Marriott. The suites are very small fairly basic. I stayed here because it advertised a sofabed in the suite, which I needed. When I opened it, there was no blanket, and just one tiny pillow. I called downstairs to ask for a blanket and they said they didn't have any!! Eventually, they found one, very thin blanket, and I was freezing and uncomfortable and had the worst night's sleep. Additionally, the parking is very expensive - they may advertise a low room rate, but be prepared to pay $24/night for parking.

The service is good at reception but cleaning is a big issue. The elevator is dirty, for at least 3 consecutive days. Room is good and comfortable, but I expected more. Location is very good, close to South Coast Plaza. I like this mall.

Space was nice but, average to slightly less than average guest services. Checking in was less than exciting finding out that the hotel charged an additional 24.75 per day in parking that was not stated during my reservation process. I had fruit flies in my room but, over all cleanliness was average. This is an old hotel where an attempt was made to update it to make it contemporary but just fell short with modern art, carpet and wallpaper but, old fixtures, popcorn ceilings and an overall feel of a failed remodel attempt. It is rated three stars for a reason and this was a three star or less experience.

The Hotel was fine, but the extra fees were extraordinarily high. Parking was $23 a day. When I inquired about parking the desk clerk stated the room key card will give access in and out of garage, never disclosed the cost. Also the "restaurant" was buffet style only, no costs posted but was charged $40+ for 2 people. Maybe I ate $5 worth of food and that is pushing it. Other than that the stay was nice but nothing exceptional.

Great Hotel! Don't hide the cost of parking though, nobody likes to be surprised by extra costs. Anyone staying at this hotel will be very happy they did!!!! I'll visit again someday and will stay here again.

This is a great hotel for adults only or kids and adults. Spent a lot of time at the pool, ordered pizza from the kitchen and had a great time

For the price of a room, no free WI-FIi? No free breakfast? No free coffee? AND they charge $21.00 day for parking! If I can help it, I will book somewhere else. If you love to shop and like convenience, then the mall across the way is huge and therefore, this place would be ideal. But that is all it would be ideal for.

My compliments to the staff... $21 parking fee required. That should be part of the per night quote. It felt like this is a hidden fee that should be addressed as part of improving customer satisfaction...

We were very impressed with the property close to SouthCoast Plaza and everything that we planned to do that weekend.

Everything about hotel was great. The only surprise drawback was the cost of parking. We have stayed in other fine hotels, but have never paid for parking.

great value! Nice comfortable room. Near South Coast Plaza. Parking price could be cheaper.

Everything was nice, room was well maintained, nice shower. Two gripes would only be that even though we picked up a package from Orbitz for a car & hotel we still had to pay $21/day for parking. It would have been a nice touch to have that included. Also TV quality sucked... it was all pixelated n such.

Great location! However, we had two rooms. One room over looked the laundry ... very noisy until midnight woth trucks and equipment managing the laundry. They did move us to a different room. In the other room the king bed seem to bow down in the middle ... very uncomfortable. An unusual experience at the Marriott.

Dear George, Thank you for being our guest and for letting us know about your stay. First, we would like to apologize for the noisy air conditioning unit in your room. While we do have routine inspections in place, we will have our maintenance team be more diligent in following these schedules to prevent this from happening in the future. Additionally, we understand that you were looking for a more "up to date" experience, and we are pleased to let you know that renovations are in the works for later this year. We are very excited about this project and would love for you to come back to see the final results. Thank you again for being our guest. Joel Landrus Rooms Operations Manager
