This hotel is terrible. It’s very old and run down. The rooms are dirty, beds very uncomfortable. Carpets are dirty . You can’t control thermostat in room. Overall experience was not good . Will never stay here again .

Great hotel suite, near theme park, exellent room size, bit old but nothing searius.

We really like the suite. There is alot of room to move around in and the prices is really affordable.

Great location to dinning, stores and disneyland.

The elevators are slow and show their age. Parking is easy, but the drive way gets crowded at busy times. The suites are a great way to save money or spread out on a family vacation.

I was very disappointed with my stay. It was not as clean as I would have hoped and the magnetic key card demagnatized four times during my stay! Four times! Imagine being dead tired from a day at Disneyland...making your way to the fourth floor, only to turn back around to the hotel lobby...with crying, tired kids, to remagnatize your card...and then to go back to fourth floor to finally rest. Not staying here ever again. Bed was lumpy and the rugs did not seem clean.

The only complaint I have is that every morning regardless of what the thermostat was at, we were freezing. I turned it up to 75 degrees and the AC still came on. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Every time we go to Anaheim, we stay at the Portofino. The staff is amazing, the rooms are comfy, and it's super close to Disneyland and DCA. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We just needed the basics and thats what we got. It was a quick 10 min walk and we also had close access to other stores and food that we took advantage of like starbucks.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The price is perfect for what you get. I have a family of 7 so the rooms with the bunk beds and pullout sofa work great so my family doesn't have to get 2 separate rooms. We have tried to stay at other hotels around Disneyland and this one is our favorite.

It was very accommodating if you have children. They loved the bunk beds and experience of having their own habitat to dwell in. The only unsuspecting thing was having their room in the back and the other room being the one at which all the traffic had to come through. Maybe some of the other rooms are set up the opposite way but overall the accommodations were ideal.

Great had a good experience here will come again in the future if the price is right

Love this hotel. Our room was very spacious. Very convenient for Disneyland.

Carpet in room very dirty bathroom had a bad odor especially around the toilet And the parking is awful

Horribly uncomfortable beds, only provided one hand towel and one washrag for 7 people and most days we didn’t even get the 1 washrag, everytime we called down for more they never brought them. The bathtub didn’t drain very good so you stood in 8 inches of water while showering. They didn’t refill our water cups once they were gone. They didn’t change the beds which when i confronted them they told me you have to call down and request for your bed to be changed every day otherwise they dont. They had lots of choking hazards for decorations and were very snotty when we suggested that they don’t put them where kids can get into them and also that they shouldn’t make them look like candy, they suggested “most people watch their kids good enough” like I don’t watch my kids good enough when they were sitting in the waiting area while I was checking out and paying and thought there was a complimentary bowl of candy sitting on the table and to their surprise it was not and got disciplined by the hotel staff not to play with their decor cause it takes a lot of work to decorate and look nice! I wouldn’t stay here again and also the walk was further then they led on to Disneyland.

We recently stayed 3 nights and were woken up at 6:30 am EVERY single morning by extremely loud garbage trucks (our room was 3 floors up above the dumpster) and then lawn mowers and edgers. The room was dirty (brown spots on the curtains) and the chairs and couches had dark black spots on the seats. Also, the hallways were also extremely hot and had an odd smell to them. The staff was very friendly, but we won’t be staying here again.

good beds. slept very well. very convient for Disneyland

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights last week. This was my third time staying here. The room was much cleaner than my last visit. That was one of the reasons I almost didn't go back. But I do like that it's walking distance. The staff was not bad. There were 3 employees and 2 of them were nice. We used the pool but it is very small.

Stayed at Portofino more than three times and always have the best service

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love that it's walking distance to Disneyland! Bed was comfy & the refrigerator is really nice.

Hello Anonymous. I'm very sorry to see that you stay was not pleasant. The magnetic keys are sensitive and do need to be kept away from cell phones, credit cards and debit cards. If you were not informed of this, I'm sorry for the inconvenience it caused you and your family. If the room was not clean, that is not acceptable and we would make it right. I wish you the best in your future travels to Anaheim and I am sad to see we will not have the opportunity to serve you again.

Hello Anonymous! Thank you for the review! I'm happy to see our location was good for you and that the overall experience was above average! I am curious as to which building you were in. If it was the second building, the A/C units are motion sensor and that does cause the thermostat to reset sometimes. For building one, maintenance would need to attend to the issue physical and adjust the unit itself. Both of buildings, it could take up to 10 minutes for the heat to kick in! I'm sorry for any conveniences this caused. We look forward to seeing you again!
