Love this hotel. Our room was very spacious. Very convenient for Disneyland.

Carpet in room very dirty bathroom had a bad odor especially around the toilet And the parking is awful

Horribly uncomfortable beds, only provided one hand towel and one washrag for 7 people and most days we didn’t even get the 1 washrag, everytime we called down for more they never brought them. The bathtub didn’t drain very good so you stood in 8 inches of water while showering. They didn’t refill our water cups once they were gone. They didn’t change the beds which when i confronted them they told me you have to call down and request for your bed to be changed every day otherwise they dont. They had lots of choking hazards for decorations and were very snotty when we suggested that they don’t put them where kids can get into them and also that they shouldn’t make them look like candy, they suggested “most people watch their kids good enough” like I don’t watch my kids good enough when they were sitting in the waiting area while I was checking out and paying and thought there was a complimentary bowl of candy sitting on the table and to their surprise it was not and got disciplined by the hotel staff not to play with their decor cause it takes a lot of work to decorate and look nice! I wouldn’t stay here again and also the walk was further then they led on to Disneyland.

We recently stayed 3 nights and were woken up at 6:30 am EVERY single morning by extremely loud garbage trucks (our room was 3 floors up above the dumpster) and then lawn mowers and edgers. The room was dirty (brown spots on the curtains) and the chairs and couches had dark black spots on the seats. Also, the hallways were also extremely hot and had an odd smell to them. The staff was very friendly, but we won’t be staying here again.

good beds. slept very well. very convient for Disneyland

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights last week. This was my third time staying here. The room was much cleaner than my last visit. That was one of the reasons I almost didn't go back. But I do like that it's walking distance. The staff was not bad. There were 3 employees and 2 of them were nice. We used the pool but it is very small.

Stayed at Portofino more than three times and always have the best service

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love that it's walking distance to Disneyland! Bed was comfy & the refrigerator is really nice.

The location is great with walking distance to Disneyland, plenty of restaurants in the area for dinning. The only complaint for the hotel room was the initial smell of the room, can't really describe, maybe old carpet smell? but once I opened the room window and let fresh air in the smell was not as strong. But otherwise great hotel, pool was small but kids enjoyed it. I would recommend if location is key to your stay.

It's nice to stay close to Disneyland and walk. The staff was very nice can't complain. The only think is the room's needs to be updated only.

We've stayed here before. It's a very spacious room, clean and quiet. Very close to disneyland. Nice experience.

This hotel has nothing but a room. Free Wi-fi never worked, no microwave in room, had to go out of room in my pajamas, go to 1st floor in a room to use a microwave just to heat up oatmeal for my son. No lounge, no bar, no food, no snack shop. Had to walk next door to Sheraton for lounge and bar and food. For price, I expected st least room service, somewhere to eat. Nothing! Left and went across to Red Lion which actually was cheaper and had all the above mentioned. I'd recommend however for a little more money, the Sheraton next to the Portofino which had an awesome lounge, food, food/gift shop. Or stay at Red Lion, across street from Portofino and hang out at the nicer Sheraton Lounge.

Stay here for the price and convenience. It's nothing special (our comforter was stained, stains on the walls, parking is free but difficult to find, the pool is very small). If you don't plan on spending much time in your room, this is a decent choice.

We stayed in a suite with bunk beds with 3 kids 4,5, and 18 months. The kids were excited about the bunks. We asked for a crib in the room and it took a long time to arrive. If they give a choice between a crib and a pack and play, pick the pack & play. The crib is squeaky! The room was clean and worked for sleeping close to Disneyland. The parking situation is less than perfect, but if you are planning on leaving the car where you park and walking to DL, you shouldn't have a problem.

Everything was great from the first interaction to the last. Parking validated. Walked to Disneyland so no parking fees. Just great experience

Hotel is conveniently located to park. Kids suite easily accommodated 5 of us and the CVS store next door is great for anything we forgot to take. Friendly staff and clean, quiet room. Great value too!

This is a great hotel and the staff is really friendly. Our recent trip had us in a family suite. Our particular suite had a bunk bed, fold out couch and a king bed. It was roomy enough for 5 of us.

The room was horrible, there was gum stuck on the wall, the carpets and apolstery were so dirty I was afraid to walk in my socks on it. It has a horrible stench to it and I felt like the bathroom was going to give me some kind of disease. I have stayed in worse hotels, but for a hotel this close to Disneyland I expected it to be much cleaner as there are more people that would be coming and going and I would have thought that the hotel would have cared more about the cleanliness of where their guests sleep!

This hotel was a great night stay. The staff at the front was extremely informative and with a really nice, upbeat, and pleasant attitude. My family and loved that it was such a great price along with the location being right across from our destination come morning.

The kids suite was perfect for our family. A continental breakfast would have been nice, but we brought our own food and used the in-room refrigerator and microwave. The staff was great and the room and facilities were always very clean.
