Check-in was easy, the door code arrived in my texts promptly at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 4:30 told the gate guard we were newly arrived guests, pulled up to the building’s front doors to unload. Ran in to the front desk, got wristbands and parking tag and we were set.The kitchen was fully Equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals except for food. Walmart and Publix were close by and convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Great experience. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, and fit all six of us comfortably. Plenty of towels and the wash/dryer was great to have. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The elevators move quickly so you don't have to wait long. The beach is perfect and plenty of space. Highly recommend Ike's for umbrella and chair service. The property management communication was easy and resourceful. We would totally stay in the same condo again!!

Beautiful but not clean

There was human hairs in the tub. We also found used tissue in one of the bedrooms and the master bedroom toilet had not been cleaned. We took care of it ourselves. We still had a wonderful trip and would probably book again. I think they just had a bad maid

We would not stay here again. The dryer had a squeaky, loud noise and we couldn’t use it when kids were sleeping. Very annoying noise. Generally it is pretty run down. Kitchen was not adequately supplied with coffee cups or glasses.

Family trip

Great location for our last-minute beach trip - party of 4. The view is amazing from the deck and the kitchen. Condo is exactly as described. Check in was simple. The keypad works great as we didn't have to worry about an "actual key" when someone needed to go back to the room. Parking is close and easy. The walk to the beach is short. Ceiling fans in every room a plus. Plenty of towels for all our guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great room and great location!

The room was exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and great coffee maker! The beach has a ramp so it was perfect for our wagon. Great location! Close to lots of food and fun. Loved that there was a key pad on the door with a code rather than keeping up with room keys. Security guards were always walking around the property. The only downfall was the splash pad wasn’t working 4 out of our 5 days, which was one of the main reasons we booked this property since we have two kids under 6. Overall, great experience and I would definitely book here again! Highly recommend!

Needs maintenance

Location was great. Condo needs maintenance. Kitchen cabinets wouldn’t close, light bulbs needs replacing, pipes make knocking noses noise in the middle of the night. However, the most disappointing aspect was that the facility was doing major update, only one elevator was working and the pool and hot tubs were being replaced which resulted in us having to travel three condos down to use the amenities, in the cold. This was not disclosed when booking, which is a huge consideration when booking a unit. We were so disappointed and disillusioned with the vrbo not fully disclosing the state of the condo before booking! Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere.

Condo photos are deceiving

The photos of the property are very deceiving, cabinet doors hanging open and wouldn't shut, back sider would not lock and had a large hole in the screen, all cabinets were very nasty, both tub faucets dripped constantly, master bedroom ceiling looked like it had mold on it, dust was clinging to all the ceilings, light in master bath was caked with dust and the back of the door was so dirty and chipped. Disappointed in property upkeep.

An amazing 10th flr unit with 3 good sized bedrooms that are brightly decorated with lots of room to spare. The two balconies on either side gave us plenty of view both of the Beach and the front to view flowing traffic and people. The floor plan allows the adults to enjoy their privacy and gives kids their privacy too. Well equipped with washer dryer, and all items to make food. The huge coffee maker was a plus, and so was the Fridge with the ice maker. A pleasant surprise was we found 2 umbrellas in the washer dryer unit that helped keep us shaded on the beach. Plenty of towels to use in the unit. Proximity to the beach and Hot tub, and Pool was a blessing. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beach Getaway

The place was nice upon arrival and fit our group of 8 fine. The boys slept on the pull out couch though out the week. There were extra blankets and pillows available. The bathrooms are small. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils as well as kitchenware. It even had a crock pot which was a bonus! The master does have a balcony but it faces the road and not the beach. The balcony didn't have a table but did have chairs. Overall, the inside was well kept and we enjoyed our stay. We were close to many things in this condo and that was a plus. Less than a mile from a Walmart!

Cleanliness

The condo was not very clean. We found old fruit chews on the beside table in one room and the master bed was full of sand. We had to wash the sheets! I know when you are at the beach you will have some sand but it appeared that the condo was not cleaned very well!
