After the Game 1 - a charming 1st-floor apartment convenient to all the City of Oneonta has to offer. A short drive to All Star Village, SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College. Walking distance to Main St with all its shops and restaurants, as well as walking distance to Wilber Park with a community swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds, walking and mountain biking trails. There are plenty of things to do After the Game!!
This quaint apartment is just what a small group needs for convenience while in town. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and SmartTVs. T Plenty of natural light fills the rooms through the large windows. The center hall has a full bathroom with tub/shower, which is just steps from each bedroom. A large living room is in the front of the apartment overlooking Main Street. A very functional layout between the kitchen and dining room will allow for easily getting meals on the table. The kitchen has everything you'll need for a short stay in town, except groceries, of course. There are a handful of grocery stores all within 5 min or less and tons of restaurants if you want to skip cooking while on vacation. This apartment not only has a rear sun porch, but it also has its own private side-porch overlooking the shared back yard. Giant windows in the sun porch allow beautiful sunlight to fill the room, it is the perfect place for a cup of morning coffee and quiet reflection, or to sit and relax After the Game.
Outside After the Game 1 is a shared side and backyard. This is shared with the upper level apartment, After the Game 2. There is a gas grill and picnic table for your use as well as a set of cornhole boards to pass some time. There are 2 small parking spaces in the driveway, 1 for each unit. Around the corner, there is plenty of free street parking on Tilton Ave if you have another vehicle in your group.
