Pictures truly don’t do this place justice. The house is incredibly spacious, updated, and chic, with a sunny, bright feel throughout. The layout is absolutely perfect for visiting with family and friends. The kitchen, den, and outdoor space all flow seamlessly into one another, making it easy and natural to gather, cook, relax, and spend time together. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with every dish, appliance, and tool you could possibly need to cook any meal, plus tons of counter space. Everything in the home worked perfectly and was spotless on arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The master bedroom was large, peaceful, and serene, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Both bathrooms were equally impressive — spacious, modern, and impeccably clean.The backyard truly can’t be beat. It felt like a private retreat with chaise lounges, a large table under a pergola, twinkling lights, a hammock, a sauna, and so much open space. It was also perfect for pets, which we really appreciated. The separate office in the backyard was an added bonus and a fantastic place to work and focus when needed. The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy parking, yet it’s incredibly central and close to downtown Ojai, Meiners Oaks, markets, etc. Kara was an exceptional host — incredibly responsive, helpful, and thoughtful from start to finish. Overall, this place exceeded every expectations. A. We will be back!
