The front desk worker and maintenance guy tried to be helpful but when they went to replace the tv, it didnt have a remote, so all that time was wasted installing a new tv

Perfect

Booked last minute on a cycle down the coast. Basic clean room with very nice bed. Kind owner and an ice cream pace right next door!

Mildewed curtain, strong smell in the room, towels very old and looking dirty (yellowed, and black stain), very smooth, slippery bath floor. We tried to cut to one night, with a help from Expedia, in vain. We checked out without staying the second night with 100% penalty on us. We had reserved it for the kitchenette, no use for us.

The property was dirty, run-down , dingy, lacked safety latch on door, unclean, smelled musty, unkept and was in overall poor condition with peeling paint, dirty walls, stickers on furniture and lacked basic amenities and safety features. Deeply disappointed that despite charging fair market rate there was a lack of the basics.

This could be a cute, retro motel but instead my room (#116) had issues. The workmanship is terrible. The bathroom door has been painted recently but when i tried to close it, something is so misaligned that the hinges are trying to separate from the door and wall. The cold water faucet in the sink doesn't work at all. After a few minutes, water started dripping from the cabinet below the sink, pooling on the floor. The knob for the nightstand lamp is nonexistent, i couldn't turn the light on. For one of the other rooms, electrical tape was covering holes in the window drapes. I tried to report this information but the door to the office was closed at 8:10 am, no one would answer. I tried to call the management later but I encounted so many difficulties via telephone that i gave up. Consider yourself warned if you are looking at staying here.

Room didn't have a kitchenette like on website, there were roaches, and mold all over bathroom. Hot tub was nice in the room but took like an hour to fill. I wouldn't stay again.

Ok, Could have been better

Desk lady was nice and informative. Parking literally right in front of your door. I only booked for the hot tub not knowing that it wasn’t for every room, despite the website saying otherwise. No dead bolt on door, swing lock broken, just the knob lock available. Door to adjoining room didn’t lock and just had a table in front of it. Toilet had hair of different sorts on it. Bathroom window wasn’t locked. Ac did work, lighting was amazing. Light switches were broken but still worked. Lamp was broken and crooked. No bed bugs. Very cold floors. Shelf under tv was not screwed in. Electrical tape and duct tap in the door covering a crack in the middle of the door and the peep hole. Could hear the neighbors talking. Maybe if I booked a different room I would have had a different experience, but with the cleanliness of this room I doubt it would have been any better. It was sufficient for the night, but would not recommend more then that unless it was your only choice. Only felt safe to sleep when I moved the dresser in front of the front door and wedged a chair in front of the adjoining door.
