Wonderful stay!
We have been staying at North Coast Village for 20 years on our vacations and this was the first time in this condo. NCV overall is a beautiful property with nice amenities and well maintained grounds. This 1 bedroom condo was probably the cleanest condo we have stayed in, and had the most items available to use as well. Beach chairs, camp chairs, boogie boards, even a surfboard. In the past we have also been frustrated at having to go get ping pong paddles with a drivers license from the security guard, and so it was a nice surprise that this condo had a set already there. We found convenient items like a first aid kit and some sunblock and there was a nice welcome basket for us as well. Good communication with the owner when we ran into an issue with the heat. Much of the furniture seemed new, refrigerator was new but other appliances were dated. We didn't really cook but just had breakfast and snacks so it worked fine for us. Bathroom is not updated but is in great condition with great water pressure. Bed was very comfortable as well. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!
