The house looked exactly how it did in the pictures. Very spacious. Beautiful kitchen. However, we arrived to dirty sheets, and not tv in one of the rooms. After filing the complaint we then had to wait several hours to be contacted about the issues. The issues weren’t resolved during our stay. Didn’t use any of the community amenities as they make you purchase a 7day pass even if your stay is less than 7 days. Passes should be based off the numbers of days staying. I have stayed in this community before and loved it the last time that’s why I chose to stay. Overall this was a very disappointing trip

Clubhouse 3 B was great!

So glad we found this property! It was perfect for us...4 with a dog. Exactly as described, great location, beautiful golf course, pool, etc. Added perk of shuttle to the beach was great too. Loved every minute of our stay...super easy check in and out.

Minor maintenance required.

The condo was very comfortable. It needed minor repairs. The living room shad was torn, the screen on the back porch was torn an rapped around each other on the patio. Both bathrooms tolerate seats were glued down and when lifted up came apart. Also. The bathroom in the common area was not clean. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and quiet

The property was great. Right on the golf course and about half a block from the Bear Den restaurant. Beautiful neighborhood! Getting g the pool/gym pass was simple and the home was about a block from that buding, too. Only thing was that the instructions on the fridge kept talking about a binder with info. We never found it. The only one we found just contained the books for the appliances. Loved this place and would/will stay again!

Pacific place to relax

Our stay in the apartment was fantastic, everything was immaculate, and the carpet was super clean. Upon arrival, we could not find the number easily because the door is on one side of the building and not on the front. The property manager assisted us diligently. Everything clean, with good decoration. Thanks !!

The property exceeded my expectations

The area is very quaint , with lovely views. The interior of the home is very spacious. My disappointment lies with that lack of interaction from the management company . Understanding that it was during a holiday, however a communication asking if everything thing was acceptable during they stay would have made me feel to be a valued guest. Also i was dissatisfied with the cleaning/ lack of cleaning this is covid and professional cleaning should be just that . I received no instructions for check out , nothing for bed linens , towels or trash . All in all a nice property. One issue i would like to discuss with the property manager. I will wait to see if they reach out to me for direct feedback on my stay . Since this is a review i will not go into details.

Home away from home

The home was very clean and actually made you feel welcomed as soon as you walked in the door. The golf course view was outstanding and having your morning coffee on the screened in porch was just what the doctor ordered. Very relaxing. The surrounding are offered everything one would need while vacationing ( breaches, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). My family and I will diffidently stay here again. “GREAT EXPERIENCE”

My experience

While looking on the internet for places to stay for my upcoming vacation, I came across this property. The internet listing was pictured exactly how it was in person. The price was reasonable. However I was a disappointed when there was no cable TV connection in 2 out of 3 of our bedrooms. Also be careful of the patio chairs because they lean very far back and you can potentially fall. Despite those issues, the resort is very nice and clean. The staff and other visitors are very friendly. I would rent again.

Great Vacation

We normally stay in OCNJ but for the last two years have stayed at Bear Trap Dunes/Oceanview (different properties each time). We were very happy with this property and would definitely want to stay at this location again. Upon arriving, we did wipe down the railings which were dirty and found fingerprints on the thermostat, but luckily there were Clorox wipes available which quickly solved those issues. We weren’t expecting the linen package but this was very helpful and was a pleasant surprise. We don’t golf but we spent a lot of time on the enclosed porch watching the golfers and enjoying the scenery. We really appreciated the sense of focus Bethany Beach has implemented with COVID safety. Any questions we had were answered by the Wyndham office staff, who were all very friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay and would stay at this property again.

Beautiful property! One of the best that we’ve stayed in in Bear Trap Dunes.

This property is well stocked and we loved the bunk beds. It’s also huge so there is a lot of room. We would definitely rent this place again!

Excellent Stay!

Excellent home and community. Only draw back is the golfers use the parking spots in front of the homes instead of the 400 parking spots for the golfers. I'm sure there is nothing the homeowners can do about this as there aren't assigned parking spots. This was a minor inconvenience. Overall stay was great!
