We had a wonderful stay. The space was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. There were plenty of entertainment options available, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time indoors as well.One thing we really appreciated was how well stocked the home was with hygiene and household essentials. Laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, shampoo, towels, extra bedding and other necessities were all provided, which made our stay even more convenient and stress-free.Overall, this rental felt thoughtful, welcoming, and truly ready for guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very small house, works but sleeping 6 is tough.

Couch bed has very thin, cheap mattress and no extra padding to help. Beds take up while room however the lamp shelves helped. Enough supplies to make meals, no salt which was odd. Few basic herbs woulda been nice. No wine opener. Main bathroom needs to be recaulked. Bit fark mold so a good refreshed caucking be nice. Hot tub was great and hot. Couch was huge and nice, little awkward for watching tv. It was nice for couple nights for our group. Good thing we are close nit.

We were looking for a dog friendly place for a couple of nights on the Long Beach peninsula and this looked like it fit the bill. As shown, it does have a large, well-fenced backyard that is excellent for dogs. However, the rest of the property left a lot to be desired. The property is dog friendly and you can tell plenty of dogs have taken up this offer. Hair could be found everywhere - couches, floors, beds and pillows. All of the doors are filthy with the remains of dogs scratching. But by far the worst thing was the absolutely revolting condition of all of the fans and vents. They were all disgusting. If you are operating a rental property you should at least clean the vents and ducts from time to time. These looked like they had last been cleaned...never? I have no idea what we were breathing in, but two of us in our family are asthmatic and this was an irritant to our sensitive airways. We had booked for two nights but knew immediately that wouldn't last. We packed so fast the next morning and flew out the door. Also, the hot tub had sand in it and a disgusting looking floaty. We didn't use it. We won't be back and cannot recommend this place. Disappointed.

spring break with grandkids

First the good...the place was very clean and the fenced in back yard was great for our dog. There were plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer was really nice. Now the bad....it is very small and the pictures were a little deceiving. Their location description was not accurate. It is a little ways to the beach and have to cross a busy main road. Be sure and bring extra garbage bags because I was told that they only provide one garbage bag for a family of four for four nights. We had to make a trip to the store to get more. The hot tub never got hot and I let the manager know and their response was "I can have a request submitted regarding the hot tub not being hot" which never happened. The handles on the kitchen cabinet would fall off in your hands. I tried to put them back on but the screws they had were too short to keep them in place. We enjoyed our time in Ocean Park but don't think we will be returning.

4th of July stay

Cute little house and friendly neighbors. The house was great and very clean. The hot tub was great for relaxing. The only thing we didn't care for was the curtains. Wish they were blackout curtains. Every morning room was super bright and couldn't sleep in.

Ocean Park Vacation House

The couches in the front room were not clean. There were stains on the cloth couch, and we had to wipe down the faux leather couch with wipes. Also, the comforter in one of the bedrooms was also dirty. It was a very nice place, however, and if the rooms were cleaner, it would be a great place to stay.

Nice beach getaway

House was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and stores. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs and the hot tub works fine and was a nice treat. Bring your own kitchen supplies though and don’t make any assumptions about what is there. Would happily stay again.

Little Ocean Vacation Rental

Yard: the grass was approximately 2 feet tall in front and back; shrubs in front were overgrown; planters in back were filled with weeds and bed retainers were rotted and falling apart; BBQ was rusty/ disgusting; hot tub smelled, had floaties and sand in the bottom. After chatting several times with property manager, yard was mowed. House: needed to be deep cleaned desperately; oven had tons of baked on crud: bookshelf in dining was caked with dust. The wall hanging above bookshelf was not secured and when shelf was bumped the wall hanging came crashing down almost hitting head. We left on our second day. Very disappointing.

Cozy Anniversary

This little getaway was a cozy and peaceful place to stay for my wife and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Small for a larger family but no better way to get together and play board games or watch a movie(Even when the controller for the dvd disappears before you can even find it in the first place lol). All of the essentials were provided and it was nice not to have a generic soap/shampoo like a hotel does. We felt at home here and would love to come back. Not to mention that the well maintained hot tub in the back yard is there anytime to soak in, a cherry on top to say the least. We recommend to anyone!

Wonderful house, one of our favorite to date. Highly Recommend!

This was our first stay in this house, and it won't be the last! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs and offered us privacy to lounge in the hot tub and on the patio. The back bathroom/mud room was perfect for wiping dog paws, and the large living room was very enjoyable. The rooms were small, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
