Perfect getaway!

Love the location and the amenities were awesome! Whole family enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! The only thing we would have liked was a bigger TV on the day we were snowed in but wasn’t the end of the world. Will definitely book again!!

The good-bathrooms were clean. House is tastefully decorated and spacious. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The bad-smelled like someone had been cooking with grease when we walked in. Lots of dust. The carpets need cleaned especially in the master bedroom and pool table area. Walls need painted. No spatula. There was a Keurig even though when I asked I was told there was not one. It was a pain to get inside due to the 9 digit code you have to punch in. It never worked on the first try. You had to type it in twice to enter. I feel like the cleaning crew goes in to clean bathrooms and wipe kitchen down but not much else. I also feel like the owner hasn’t visited this house in a while because things (couches) are worn and need replaced.

Nice house close to Wisp

This house was nice however it could use some TLC. The positives were that it was close to Wisp, it was very clean, the hot tub was amazing. The negatives were the furniture, beds, it was not stocked well for a house that size with bakeware or utensils. I would rent the house again, but will come a bit more prepared.

Disappointed

This was our second visit to this property and there were a lot of issues with the home this time. The oven didn’t work only the broiler the hot tub didn’t work the ice maker didn’t work the house was extremely filled with dust and dirt there was a unpleasant smell inside the house when we entered we had to clean before using any appliances and bathrooms overall not pleased this time around enjoyed the area of course because of familiarity from the previous visit but not please with the house

Great weekend with family!

I will start with the small things that were wrong but overall it was fantastic. There were some things that were broken at the house: the dishwasher rollers, hot tub cover bar, sink faucet and there were no dish drying towels. (which was very inconvenient when you cook all your own food). BUT overall, this was a great place! Great location and we thouroughly enjoyed the well stocked games! Huge kitchen table to play at. Great fun on the pool table. We will be back!

Two night stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and inviting with plenty of room for everyone. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Wisp Ski Resort. Would recommend!

Photos Can Be Deceiving

At first glance the property was lovely. However, upon closer inspection we realized how filthy it was. There were still game pieces on the floor from the previous tenant and dirty underwear stuffed behind a pillow on the couch. All of the kitchen pots, pans, glasses and bowls still had food left on them from previous users. The upstairs television fell off of the wall at 4:30 a.m. the second night and the hot tub was unusable due to it being slimy and hair filled. The icing on the cake was the ceiling dripping in the kitchen as we were trying to bake cookies. We had to call twice for maintenance and both times there was nothing they could do. This whole home needs some TLC.

Family wedding in area was great pick

Loved this house for our family. it was clean with enough towels for all Hot tub could smell chlorine so we did use it Few small items 2 dinning seats could stand some repair and the bunk beds were a little squeaky ice machine made ice but didn’t dispense and the deck furniture could stand a clean and seal We still enjoyed sitting outside ! Would go back for sure . Also an upgrade maybe a walk in shower on the main floor master bathroom, the step in for aged was rather difficult. They did love the fireplace in their room !

Great house for family vacation

This house was fantastic for our family Deep Creek Lake vacation. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, kitchen is fully stocked, there are large comfortable common areas, large bedrooms and large bathrooms, multiple TV's, hot tub, pool table, access to fire pit in the development, and it is minutes from Deep Creek State Park and boat rental places. Would definitely stay here again. Areas that need improvement: Owner/manager did not respond to any of my emails before arrival, over 2 months period of time. I specifically wanted to know whether we needed to bring our own linens. After giving up on emails, I made multiple phone calls to Vacasa, when I got someone on the phone I was told that linens would be provided. Yet when we arrived at the property, the beds had sheets and pillowcases, but the blankets were piled haphazardly in the closets, and they did not appear clean. So we ordered new blankets with same day delivery from the nearest Walmart. Other smaller issues were that the front porch paint was peeling, one of the bedside lamp switches was broken in the master bedroom, one of upstairs bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Perfect house in a great location

The house was fabulous. Very clean, perfect for couples and a family getaway. Close to everything you need and many activities. I would certainly rent this property again.

Lovely Home

This house is lovely and spaced very well. Easy check in and check out. Nice location, quiet neighborhood. The dishwasher could be upgraded because the dishes didn’t come out very clean, even after being rinsed. And we had to call three times to have the furnace checked on due to lack of heat. The representatives did respond politely. After the first call, a repair man arrived immediately and the furnace worked for several hours, but stopped working at some point during the night. The call we made in the morning of the second day was basically ignored until we called again that evening. So for that reason, I’m giving the overall rating 4 stars. It was an unnecessary inconvenience. The rest of the trip was great, and I would rent this home again.

Wonderful Home!

We made our first trip to Deep Creek Lake over Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend and had a great stay at this house. We were a group with two adults two children. Plenty of space for all of us. My friend and I really enjoyed the extra spacious kitchen. My friend's son was a little disappointed that only one television (in an upstairs bedroom my daughter slept in) that would work to hook up his PS4, but that didn't bother me. It was an extremely cold and snowy weekend and might have been confusing on how to park two cars because of the way they plowed the lot. Very responsive management company as the Internet went out one evening and it was back on an hour after we called (although it could have been longer and not been their fault); this forced us to talk and play games, which was a good thing. Great location and served as a good home base.
