Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa

Nice hotel but felt a little dated and Parking garage is TINY and super expensive. $40 a day for self park???

Overall the room was good. They didn't have a king bed as the reservation stated so they switched us to a junior suite at no extra cost.

Very friendly staff, great location and view. Very easy to park your car, and get to the interstate from hotel location. We enjoyed being able to walk to many restaurants and shopping near by.

Location of the hotel was across from the beach which was dope. ABC Store, Hawaiian Cookie, and Starbucks on the lower level it was perfect. A few things I didn't like was how out dated the rooms were as well as the bathrooms. I mean the bed was super comfy and the TV was a huge flat screen but the room needed to the updated as well as the bathrooms. I also wanted to go to the spa but from the looks of it, it seemed like they only do massages. I was hoping I can go to the spa hit the jacuzzi as well as the steam room or sauna after my long hike up to Koko Head. But they're spa was nothing close to that I mean it may sound like I'm asking for to much but I mean you take vacations to Hawaii to go to Paradise right? Anyways I hope they make changes soon.

Had a very nice stay would highly recommend to my friends and relatives

City view hotel room was still an awesome view. Worth the money.

Very enjoyable and memorable experience, everything you need is within a walking distance including Waikiki beach.

I stay here a lot and have watched the rooms decline. Chronic problems with room keys. Maids are super nice. They remodeled and took away the Hawaiian charm. A lot of homeless people at this end of the beach. Wall to wall cops all of the time.

We had an amazing, stay can't wait To go back!! We loved everything that it had to offer, was the perfect location

Close to the beach, friendly personnel, great views

Everything was great. The staff is beyond helpful, and very friendly. Could not be happier about this experience.

Great place, have stayed here three times now and never have I been disappointed. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful and is in the perfect location.

Very accommodating staff very pleasant experience. Highly recommend

Near shops, restaurants and more importantly the beach.

Great location. Close to everything you could want. The staff were among the most friendly and helpful as i've seen.

Hotel is a large resort with 2 pools and multiple restaurants. Rooms are large, bathrooms are outdated, Not sure what you get for the $30 resort fee...not parking thats another $32 a night. The parking lot is extremely narrow and tight. Make sure to get a room with an ocean view its worth it. There is no executive lounge.

Very nice hotel friendly staff could use a better selection of room service also better directions towards internal restaurants tried to use the business center for the amount you pay for the room that should be free but it was quite expensive and very slow I think purposely because they charge you every 10 minutes 1.50 per copy of paper I got charged 15 dollars for nothing it wouldn't print the right thing

very nice hotel close to restaurants & shops & walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!!

If you are a senior this is probably a great hotel for you. Everything from the food to the activities is designed with seniors in mind. Food is extremely bland at any of the restaurants; overly salty or no taste at all. The rooms have paper-thin walls. Our shower leaked into the bedroom and the carpet had holes. Constant noise from the elevators made sleeping almost impossible. Very disappointed in this over-priced and sad hotle/Resort. My only compliment is the friendliness of the staff. Otherwise, I will be avoiding all Marriott hotels in the future.

PROS: Conveniently located across the street from Waikiki Beach, within waling distance of shops and restaurants. The lobby is huge, and open, and the hotel staff is pleasant. There are three concierge to help you plan activities and sign you up for them. There are two ABC store on the ground floor for thing like liquor, snack foods, toiletries, and souvenirs. A pool bar on the third floor for sun bathing, pool, and drinks and snacks provide a panoramic view of the ocean. The rooms vary from spacious to small, and provide for a partial ocean view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, and there is a 50" TV in each room offering TV as well as Internet TV. Our rooms were cleaned, towels changed, and complimentary Toiletries replaced, and added each day. I always like to leave a $5 bill in an envelope for housekeeping on the bed each day to let them know how much I appreciate there work in providing a clean comfortable stay. CONS: The rooms are dated, you can hear people in the next room Talking, Closing doors, Flushing toilets, and being on the sixth floor, the traffic down below in the street. After checking in on a Friday, by Monday one of the copper pipes in the ceiling broke and the carpet became wet. As a consequence we were moved to the ninth floor to the back of the second tower. The room was small and the bathroom was large just the opposite of our first room. Nothing free, no free happy hour, or buffet breakfast like they serve over at the Embassy Suites.

Isn't this considered partial view? Not ocean view!
