Great hotel located on a good strip of beach. Excellent, accomodating staff. A+

Had a hard time driving to the hotel and got there finally after many missed approaches. I self parked in the hotel garage for one night and it cost $50. The check in staff was courteous and efficient. I liked the bracelet key they provided since you can swim with it on. The room was comfortable with an amazing view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach. Room service was prompt and courteous. The bed was very comfortable with fine linens.

We wished we stayed elsewhere. From day one we experienced disappointments. We prepaid for a full ocean view, which i did not get despite complaining. "Its all we have i was told". We went to use the infinity pool, and were tild we couldnt with our children. So, we went to the other pool, and when tried to use the poolside lounges, we werr told that we had to pay for them or use the ones with out a little canopy, NONE were available, at least not within view of the pool which meant we had, as a family, had to separate to watch the children. The beach, has very small seating area, again, no seating/shade available, unless you pay for it. The room- each morning we opened the door to doak in the view, and without fail, our room filled with cigarette smoke, despite being a smoke-free resort. And the little stuff- we had to call in to have the shampoo replenished, the room did not have a wine bottle/cork opener and after nearly an hour i left to get one from the bar. When i came back to to the room from the pool, i found a beer bottle opener, not the cork opener i asked for. I bought milk from the store in the hotel for my son, they refused to give me a small cup for him to drink out of. And the list continues. I think this is enough to get my message across. Dont stay in this hotel. We do not recommend this hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay in Waikiki. Right on the beach with two nice pools (one of which is adults only). The room was great comfy great view. Elevators were plentiful and never had to wait long. The check-in took us 15 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. The only drawback is the food. The restaurants were not good and they were extremely overpriced. The Rumfire bar was lackluster with very slow service. Just "blah". We tried the Rumfire three times and each time wished we'd passed it. The "Edge" bar on the other hand was great. Their drinks and bartenders are far superior to the Rumfires. Skip the breakfast at the Sheraton and walk 3 minutes to dukes for breakfast buffet. Literally half price and yummmmmmy!! I'd love to stay here again. It was wonderful.

We took our daughter for her 1st Hawaiian trip, had a fabulous time! The room was clean, pools always crowded but I like the idea how staff always keep on eye on everyone who's in and out the pool! The infinity pool was amazing! Hotel location was in the center of everything, walking distance to the food courts, restaurants and stores !

The beds are really, really small. They are full vs queen beds. Hotel is huge, just getting into an elevator is a hassle.

I have stayed here in the past and it was ok. If you don't have kids, you will not want to stay here. Extremely overcrowded. Had to wait in a very long line to get a room. Went to the pool/beach area, as this hotel is located on the beach with a big kids pool. They were out of pool/beach towels!!!! This was in the middle of the day. Asked us to come back in a 1/2 hour - still no towels!!! At 5:00 pm they told us they weren't going to have anymore towels!!! Swimming and beach going without a towel is ridiculous - and we paid a resort fee!!! Adults, kids soaking wet in the lobby and elevators. Asked to see a manager - they couldn't find one. Spend your money at any of the other beach front hotels hotels that have better customer service!!! I will not be going back................

Over all it was a good stay. Just a couple of hotel staff are not very friendly. The room we stayed has sticky carpet and stain on bed skirt. The best part of this hotel is the swimming pool areas are nice. And close to restaurants.

Really loved our stay. Great place for a couple. Great place for the whole family.

I have been caregiver for my aging parents. This was a expenses paid vacation from my aunt and uncle who live in Japan. We met here. The hotel was do peaceful. Every time I ordered room service (for breakfast) the guys who delivered were very respectful. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were very friendly and kept my room clean. I enjoyed being on the balcony drinking my coffee.

This hotel is right in the middle of all of the action in Waikiki. It is surrounded by high end shops and right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and the room was really clean!

Wouldn't stay in another hotel here, even if it was free. The views (from any room) are stunning. Every restaurant and pool overlooks the ocean and Waikiki. You can walk right onto Waikiki from the infinity pool area. We watched other tourists struggling down alleys to get to the ocean from more expensive surrounding hotels. Too funny. There are several malls, the Hard rock Cafe, Starbucks, the main street and the circle-island bus station within 100 steps from the front of the hotel. We had a slight bump, but more competent staff quickly made it up to us.

This was a nice hotel, was right on the beach and had beautiful views. However, it was very crowded and there wasn't enough pool space for all of the people. The chase lounges around the pool were packed so closely together, you could barely walk between them, and if you didn't arrive at the pool early enough, there may not be any chase lounges available at all. Two person chase lounges were available, if reserved the day before, but there was a $70 charge. Two small beach areas were located on the sides of the hotel, but there wasn't a lot of room there either-especially at high tide. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and they each had a balcony so that the view could be enjoyed.

Wonderful facility Excellence staff exceptional amenities and great Pool Service.

Compare to the one Maui very different . Dirty ,old ,we got to the room noshiwer cap ,not robe ,mildew in shower n noise I book bc I like the 1. In pass in Maui I won't stay any more plus in Maui they have a free Sharon

While this hotel was nice, definitely not worth the price! The hotel (and especially pool area) was incredibly crowded. Everyday several non-hotel guests (locals or other tourists) were using the pool as the hotel staff wasn't overly strict on who could enter the pool. The elevators were a mess. They have 12 elevators, but they aren't designated to specific floors despite having 30 floors and tons of rooms. So I would constantly be waiting for an elevator and then having to stop at a ton of different floors because we were staying on the 18th floor. Every night the air conditioning would turn off, so we would wake up sweating. There was room construction going on in a nearby room that was incredibly loud and annoying; we were never notified this was going to happen. We were notified the day of about a known electrical outage; the hotel notified us the day of a planned electrical outage (for repairs) that would stop all electricity from 11 PM to 7 AM. Keep in mind this included no air conditioning, no refrigerator, no lights, no phone/computer charging, etc. BUT, they gave us sweet glow sticks as an electricity substitute (I am not joking). Oh, and you can't get any Starwood/Marriott points if you book through a 3rd party like Orbitz. STUPID.

We liked this hotel and would probably stay here again. We did encounter a few issues however. Getting chairs at the pools was really challenging. Our room did not seem clean even after maid service each day.

Booked two ocean front rooms, got one room upgrade to a suite with two-bed room. Wonderful ocean view from balcony.

Absaloutely breath taking of the ocean view. Excellent service, close to all other shopping mall. You never get bored lots of things to do.

Front desk check in/out too slow, long line waiting
