Really loved our stay. Great place for a couple. Great place for the whole family.

I have been caregiver for my aging parents. This was a expenses paid vacation from my aunt and uncle who live in Japan. We met here. The hotel was do peaceful. Every time I ordered room service (for breakfast) the guys who delivered were very respectful. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were very friendly and kept my room clean. I enjoyed being on the balcony drinking my coffee.

This hotel is right in the middle of all of the action in Waikiki. It is surrounded by high end shops and right on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and the room was really clean!

Wouldn't stay in another hotel here, even if it was free. The views (from any room) are stunning. Every restaurant and pool overlooks the ocean and Waikiki. You can walk right onto Waikiki from the infinity pool area. We watched other tourists struggling down alleys to get to the ocean from more expensive surrounding hotels. Too funny. There are several malls, the Hard rock Cafe, Starbucks, the main street and the circle-island bus station within 100 steps from the front of the hotel. We had a slight bump, but more competent staff quickly made it up to us.

This was a nice hotel, was right on the beach and had beautiful views. However, it was very crowded and there wasn't enough pool space for all of the people. The chase lounges around the pool were packed so closely together, you could barely walk between them, and if you didn't arrive at the pool early enough, there may not be any chase lounges available at all. Two person chase lounges were available, if reserved the day before, but there was a $70 charge. Two small beach areas were located on the sides of the hotel, but there wasn't a lot of room there either-especially at high tide. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and they each had a balcony so that the view could be enjoyed.

Wonderful facility Excellence staff exceptional amenities and great Pool Service.

Compare to the one Maui very different . Dirty ,old ,we got to the room noshiwer cap ,not robe ,mildew in shower n noise I book bc I like the 1. In pass in Maui I won't stay any more plus in Maui they have a free Sharon

While this hotel was nice, definitely not worth the price! The hotel (and especially pool area) was incredibly crowded. Everyday several non-hotel guests (locals or other tourists) were using the pool as the hotel staff wasn't overly strict on who could enter the pool. The elevators were a mess. They have 12 elevators, but they aren't designated to specific floors despite having 30 floors and tons of rooms. So I would constantly be waiting for an elevator and then having to stop at a ton of different floors because we were staying on the 18th floor. Every night the air conditioning would turn off, so we would wake up sweating. There was room construction going on in a nearby room that was incredibly loud and annoying; we were never notified this was going to happen. We were notified the day of about a known electrical outage; the hotel notified us the day of a planned electrical outage (for repairs) that would stop all electricity from 11 PM to 7 AM. Keep in mind this included no air conditioning, no refrigerator, no lights, no phone/computer charging, etc. BUT, they gave us sweet glow sticks as an electricity substitute (I am not joking). Oh, and you can't get any Starwood/Marriott points if you book through a 3rd party like Orbitz. STUPID.

We liked this hotel and would probably stay here again. We did encounter a few issues however. Getting chairs at the pools was really challenging. Our room did not seem clean even after maid service each day.

Booked two ocean front rooms, got one room upgrade to a suite with two-bed room. Wonderful ocean view from balcony.

Absaloutely breath taking of the ocean view. Excellent service, close to all other shopping mall. You never get bored lots of things to do.

Front desk check in/out too slow, long line waiting

Best hotel in Waikiki Hawaii, resort facilities, in the center of everything, beach, shopping, restaurants.

I took my two oldest Grandkids to Hawaii for their Graduation gift . They loved the beach ,the pool ( it closed to early though ) My husband and I loved the hot tub. sitting out side by the beach listening to the ocean . I'm glad I went back to Hawaii (my 3rd time) I loved the Hotel and the beds are so awesome!

Convenient location great adults pool. Hotel is showing signs of its age, bar downstairs is very loud at night but besides that it was pleasant stay. Staff try hard bug not a polished service experience

First time we stay at the Sheraton, the service was awesome, the view from the room was gorgeous, we will definitely go back .

Last stayed here when renovations wee in progress. I was anxious to see the final result but am not a fan. The hotel has turned the first level into a mall and was very crowded. Perhaps the most annoying part is that they charge daily fees for all chairs around the front edges of the pool. They all sat empty due to no one paying. I thought this was perhaps a Waikiki thing but I did not see similar fees t other hotels. View of Diamond head were great and the 3D pool light show and pool area (aside form chairs) were nice.

We stayed at Sheraton for Honeymoon. I like the pool, but there are many guests but they are all nice. It was clean but really small room like any other hotel in Waikiki. Everything was clean, didn't try any food in hotel (looked pricy), and many local food stores to try out. Cleaning service was amazing. Thanks

Infinity pool is a must! Stunning beachfront view!

Staff - wonderful! From Check in to check out, the staff were friendly and provided us with tips on local areas. Room - comfy and we got our requested 2 beds and they provided complimentary water daily. Pool - one of the reasons we wanted to stay here. It's beautiful, and you can reserve the chairs on the pool for the day!
