We had a great time at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort
Staff was nice, resort was very live, and they have a hospitality room for those who check out early but needed a room to freshen up before a flight. I would come back!
Awesome hotel! Has everything on site and more. Great location, amazing pools and love the lagoon! Great restaurants on site and hotel amenities are great. Kid friendly hotel. It's truly like a village and it's huge! Will always stay here when visiting Hawaii!
The location of this hotel is excellent if you like a populated area, which I do. The surrounding stores and restaurants are very nice and our servers on the property were wonderful. One bummer was that we waited an hour to get a table on a Friday night, no problem, except that when the one who had the buzzer to let us know our table was ready went to the restroom in the restaurant, the buzzer we were told was out of range so we would have to wait another hour to get a table outside. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the balcony view was gorgeous but the bathroom in our room left much to be desired, not the least of which was that the shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the shower. All in all it's a beautiful place. Wear swimming shoes when at the beach though, it was painfully rocky.
Staff was friendly and helpful...room was ready and clean upon our arrival. Short walk to the pool, beach and restaurants...barely needed to leave the immediate area of the resort.
Close to the beach, lots of activities and places to go. Great amenities
Very friendly staff. Great location and amenities. Other than the bad Wifi (which is included with the extra "service charge")......very nice place!
LIVE IN HALF OCEAN-VIEW ROOM, COULD WATCH SUNSET ON BALCONY. COMFORTABLE ROOM. WALK-DISTANCE STORES AND RESTAURANTS. BEAUTIFUL BEACH DOWNSTAIRS.
We were disappointed with this resort We had a smelly room and the water was terrible We would not return
Great getaway from the cold. My husband and I have stayed here before and we loved it both times and already have plans of going back. Great setting, great food, though expensive, great beach, everything really
Terrible signage. Info on resort in room was out of date and incomplete. everything for convenience of staff. Store bags after checking out ... a mile away from where one is picked up. Internet didn't work. Called due to heat in rooms not working. Was treated rudely ... first fix didn't do any good. Was not allowed to speak ... my problem was too minor for such an important person. Ug.
The resort itself is huge, but it is very crowded. It's also very, very outdated and needs a remodel. The rooms are expensive but are nothing special. We upgraded, but the room we got was just so old and nasty. Never staying here again.
Check in was a little hectic but the staff is attentive of everyone waiting. Genuinely welcoming people all around. The rooms are clean, comfortable and fairly close to the beach, restaurants and stores.
Love the "private" pool in the Ali'i Tower. It's quiet and has a great view. Hotel overall has a fun and lively atmosphere, nice sandy beach and great shops.
Right on the beach with the lagoon a short distance away and perfect for small children. Fun activities like lei making, yoga, sculpt, hula lessons, etc every day. Definitely would stay here again!
It was okay. It would be great if it did have breakfast included.
This is my 7th stay & I still love it!! I love walking around the grounds of the hotel
I had a wonderful time staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village! The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. There were numerous activities available at the hotel such as yoga & hula lessons. There is a lagoon where you can rent pedal boats and paddle boards. There are numerous restaurants to choose from, whether you are grabbing something quick to a nice sit down dinner or a bar with live music. I would highly recommend this hotel. It has everything in one place!
Good place to stay with a family of 5. Beach front , room service could be better; limited options in food selection for room service. other than that we had a great time.
We stayed in the Kalia tower. It was the furthest from the beach. The hotel literally is a village, it's so big that it is always quote a walk to anywhere. The room was always super cold after house keeping cleaned it even though we turned off the A/C everyday, they just didn't seem to get it. The staff was extremely nice though. The only thing I'd complain about was the tour and activities desk. I purchased luau tickets there because they made it seem like I could only purchase it there and that only vip tickets were left (I asked about tickets the day of arrival), so I spent an extra $80 for the luau. Once at luau, I was told that there were general seating still available but since I purchased from the hotel I couldn't get the difference back. I felt like the tour desk misled me. She could have simply said they had a block of tickets and only the vip were left and I could've purchased directly from the luau company but she said even the vip were selling out fast so I had to purchase now if I wanted to attend the luau, which was not the case at the luau either. Besides that, the show was amazing, although the food was cold already.
