At check in they put us in a no facing room which I booked through Orbitz! They said they didn't have any rooms left I asked to speak to a manager and was never given the opportunity

I could not believe that the hotel would charge you for what they call "Resort Fee" even if you disagree and would not even use the "connotation". Especially for travelers who did a package flight/hotel deals, would just be taken aback It's too much advantageous, money-making scheme for the hotel. The tourists would just like to sleep-in and join the activity tours. Very disappointing.

Took my family with two young children to Hawaii for the first time. This resort is a city within itself. It has everything you need within the village. The resort is huge consisting of many different themed/priced hotel towers. There are plenty of pools to choose from including a pool with several water slides, and a private lagoon for paddle boats and snorkeling. We stayed at the Ali'i tower which is a newer posh style hotel with its own front desk. Bottled water and K-cup coffees are included with the stay. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. Its located closest to the airport compared to most other Waikiki hotels. Its a bit of a walk to most of the Waikiki attractions but the walk can be very entertaining and enjoyable. There is also a $2 trolley that takes you down Waikiki.

Great hotel and great location. All you need is right there in the resort.

I had a very nice time in the Rainbow Tower, although the new key system should be explained better at the front desk...and the coding in of your floor in the lobby a little confusing at first but by the second day I was helping people..I usually stay in the Tapa Tower but with all the construction going on there I was glad they gave me The Rainbow Tower...

I was in the Diamond Head Tower and was not pleased with the view that faced the back of the tower at the delivery street

Everything went perfect, the room the food the activities all top notch. I am excited to go back

Really busy hotel , Loud music .. Not my favorite.

Excellent service and rooms. Right on the beach and an perfect for location.

Incredible honeymoon. Caring attentive staff beautifully landscaped grounds.!more than you could even fathom to have not just a hotel definitely a resort & experience in its self!

We had a great time at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort

Staff was nice, resort was very live, and they have a hospitality room for those who check out early but needed a room to freshen up before a flight. I would come back!

Awesome hotel! Has everything on site and more. Great location, amazing pools and love the lagoon! Great restaurants on site and hotel amenities are great. Kid friendly hotel. It's truly like a village and it's huge! Will always stay here when visiting Hawaii!

The location of this hotel is excellent if you like a populated area, which I do. The surrounding stores and restaurants are very nice and our servers on the property were wonderful. One bummer was that we waited an hour to get a table on a Friday night, no problem, except that when the one who had the buzzer to let us know our table was ready went to the restroom in the restaurant, the buzzer we were told was out of range so we would have to wait another hour to get a table outside. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the balcony view was gorgeous but the bathroom in our room left much to be desired, not the least of which was that the shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the shower. All in all it's a beautiful place. Wear swimming shoes when at the beach though, it was painfully rocky.

Staff was friendly and helpful...room was ready and clean upon our arrival. Short walk to the pool, beach and restaurants...barely needed to leave the immediate area of the resort.

Close to the beach, lots of activities and places to go. Great amenities

Very friendly staff. Great location and amenities. Other than the bad Wifi (which is included with the extra "service charge")......very nice place!

LIVE IN HALF OCEAN-VIEW ROOM, COULD WATCH SUNSET ON BALCONY. COMFORTABLE ROOM. WALK-DISTANCE STORES AND RESTAURANTS. BEAUTIFUL BEACH DOWNSTAIRS.

We were disappointed with this resort We had a smelly room and the water was terrible We would not return

Great getaway from the cold. My husband and I have stayed here before and we loved it both times and already have plans of going back. Great setting, great food, though expensive, great beach, everything really
