We originally booked a King size bed, but when we checked in very late; we only got two doubles. The hotel upgraded us to a king size bed the very next morning. They were very professional and kind in helping us. The rainbow ocean view room was beautiful. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!!

Great location but the sound from construction next door started early in the morning. Wish I had known before checking in. Overall great stay but it was annoying dealing with the noise.

Prime location on beach! Friendly hotel staff. Close to downtown and everywhere you need to be!

Loved the view in the rainbow tower We will return. The breakfast in Hatsuhana restaurant was great for the price $10/pp water slide was fun for the grandkids too

Everything was great the view, location and facilities. The bathroom door didn't close properly and moved about at night making sleep a little less comfortable. The door could not be locked.

We stayed in the Ali'i Tower, the room is a bit smaller, but still very nice and private.

Good hotel on Waikiki beach. Overall I would not give it 5 stars, It is a 3.5 to 4 stars level hotel.

Everything was wonderful. A beautiful hotel and the staff was so friendly and nice.

$40 a day resort fee for pools and a logoon that is open to anyone is way too steep. The only bad meal we had on our trip was at the Tropics Grill. $31 zen breakfast was horrible and should have been thrown out the day before. The room was nice, staff is nice. Getting to uber/Lyft area was funny. No good drop off spot. Of course there isn't really a lobby with doors so the front area is just odd.

Nice room and view. Good help and service provide by hilton. Enjoy Friday night firework

Hotel all around was very nice. Fireworks on Friday night

It was nice except the beds were extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and we didn't get a good night's sleep during our stay, but we got engaged so it made up for it!

Room was amazing and the property had everything you need. The beach is amazing and staff was always very helpful.

Pros: The hotel property is huge and had a variety of different places to eat. It is close to a bus and trolley line. The staff were friendly. Cons: it is not really center on the main strips of all the hotels but close to the shopping center. We paid for an ocean view room and it was a partial view so the view was not what I was expecting.

Hotel was out dated, old bathroom, single sink, ocean view was like more side view
