6/10 Aceptable

We had a bit of a frustrating start to our stay due to missing information in the listing. The pools and hot tubs directly below the unit, as well as the building pool, were drained and closed during our stay. We specifically chose this unit so we could keep an eye on our teens while still giving them some freedom in the pool area, so this was a big disappointment—especially since we were told the management company had known about the closures for about 6 months and it was never disclosed in the listing. After several days of back-and-forth communication, they did offer a partial refund of 10/day (60 total). While we appreciated the gesture, it didn’t fully make up for the inconvenience. As for the unit itself, it’s very much a functional short-term rental. It has everything you need, but it doesn’t feel like a personally cared-for space—more basic than cozy. One thing to be aware of is the location right next to the elevator and extremely thin walls. You can hear everything—hallway noise, conversations, and neighboring units. Unfortunately, we had a group of unsupervised teens next door who were very loud until around 4:00 AM one night, and there was a strong smell of marijuana on the balcony and in the hallway. The following night, security did a much better job with patrols and things improved. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and the location is great. The view is beautiful—you’re not so high up that everything looks tiny, but still high enough
