Beautiful Apartment & Great Host

Greg was a fantastic host! The apartment is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located. The views are lovely, and the space feels warm and welcoming—you really feel at home the moment you walk in. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

This was hands-down the best rental experience we ever had. The host engaged us the moment we booked the place and was very proactive. He was always available by voice call or text. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with a spectacular view. Luxury apt just as advertised. It was spotless. He anticipated everything a guest might need. I cannot think of a single issue or item that was lacking in this property. The location is perfect; walkable to Times Square but far enough from it to not be within its orbit. Peaceful, with no crowds or commotion at this location. Subway and bus access nearby. 10/10 experience overall !!

If there's a better host than Greg, I've not found him yet. I asked Greg for grab bars in the shower. Done. I asked for a yoga mat. Done. I asked for extra pillows. Done. When I couldn't find an app on the TV, Greg walked me through it. He stayed in touch throughout our visit and when I accidentally broke a plate, he said, "No problem, life happens." The views from this 52nd story apartment are mesmerizing. The kitchen is fully stocked and the mattress is great. I slept like a baby in the city that never sleeps.

This stay from start to finish was extremely seamless! Our host, Greg, was so helpful and attentive. The condo itself was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. Our son has Celiac, so a kitchen is a must for us and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We will be definitely booking again on a future NYC getaway!!! 5 stars is not enough!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Greg was in contact with us before we even left on our flight to head to NYC. He checked in frequently and was available for anything we needed! The apartment was beautiful, with amazing views, and located in a quiet area still perfectly located to everything. We cannot say enough good things about the apartment, the experience and Greg! This will 100% be our new spot to stay every time we come back to NYC! We're already looking to book the next one! 5 STARS ON EVERYTHING! PERFECTION!

Lovely location for our needs. The apartment decor was very tastefully done. Our host Greg was extremely accommodating and helpful and available when ever I had a question or request. Highline is walking distance, and there is a small grocery store across the building. Perfect place for two if you do not plan to work:) my husband was working all through our stay and that’s why we decided to get a 2 bedroom next time.

The apartment is great. The pictures don't lie. You step into it and immediately feel at home. Everything you need is there. We ask for the second bed, wich is a proper bed and is very comfortable; as is the one in the bedroom. Also great job on the cleaning, it was spotless. And a huge shout-out to Greg. He is a fantastic host, who greeted us and explained everything in person. So much nicer than just a padlock. He was helpful with all the questions we had and his respone was always very quick. Couldn't ask for a better host.

Very happy to have stayed here. Greg made everything easy. Traveling with a child and a teenager was made easy with the added space. Beats staying at a hotel 100%. We were able to use the extra bed for our daughter and our son stayed on the couch.
