SPECTACULAR VIEW

The condo and location of the unit was perfect. Front desk were very welcoming and professional. Small town was about 10 minute walk. Has a variety of restaurants and local bars. We visited a local outdoor bar called Luma on Flagler Ave. They had a live Dj. My family and I had an amazing time. The condo has two pools, swings, canopies and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Relaxing stay!

This was our first time for us in this condo, however we have stayed in other condos at Coconut Palms II. We loved this condo! It was clean and the view is the best. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great! I loved the back light in the mirror in the bathroom, the shower was be best, and I had two great hair days due to wonderful water! (Florida water is usually the pits!) we will differently stay here again.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

Had a great stay at this wonderful beachfront condo. Everything was as advertised and the view is amazing. Easy walking distance to Flagler Ave and all there is to offer. Quick drive to Outtriggers and Duval. Perfect condo for a couple and we will look to stay again next year when finalizing plans for Speedweeks. Only issue we had was halfway through our stay the 2nd elevator broke and was out of service the rest of our stay. The first elevator was already down when we got there. Not a big deal for us but I felt for some of the older couples staying at the same building. By no means is that our hosts fault and I still give their place 5 stars for how nice it was.

Great Place

This was a great little condo. Freshly updated and clean; beautiful view. There are renovations going on in the building, but those didn’t hinder our stay. What little noise there was happened during hours we were out and about, so unless you plan on staying in all day, it’s no big deal. Convenient to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Details for those who rely on detailed reviews to decide on a place: The unit is nicely appointed with dishes, decent pots and pans, and a small selection of spices and oil for cooking. Paper towels, kitchen sponge, and a couple of dish tabs and trash bags provided. However, the Keurig in the listing photos has been replaced with a drip coffeemaker—fyi for the coffee drinkers. There are also no kitchen towels or oven mitts/hot pads that I could find (although we didn’t cook much so I didn’t look hard). Bath towels are sparse and could use an upgrade, so if you need larger or plush towels, bring your own. The mattress has some mileage, but it wasn’t unbearable for 4 nights. Overall this was a great place and we would stay here again.

Perfect sister get away

Very clean, view amazing. Great location. As indicated there was construction in the building which made the outside the room hallway dusty. I think the price was a bit high considering the construction dust. But the unit itself was updated and clean. Close to beach access and shops!

Short getaway.

We loved this unit. It was perfect for 2 people. Close to everything within walking distance. The beach was quiet and beautiful. The deck was great for morning coffee and afternoon breaks. They were doing some construction on the floor we were on due to hurricane damage, but it didn't bother us one bit and all the workers were very nice and courteous.

New Smyrna Beach Condo

Close to everything. The main resort is still recovering from a hurricane but the condo is open and available. It's in great shape, looks directly onto the ocean. We had some cold weather and rain but still got out and enjoyed ourselves. We'd stay here again.

Nice place for an old building.

The unit was nicely renovated, but the building needed some updating and maintenance. Anyone could walk in the building no doors were locked and anyone could go to pool off the beach. Rubber bracelets were given to us no one checked a thing. The snack bar by pool was closed. Our door lock was a code but the it could easily be broken into so that bothered us. Asked for a late checkout and the management company said they couldn’t when we observed that no one came to clean or check in after 4 so that was irritating. Also it had a flood about 1 month ago and our floor hallways walls were removed about 12 in up from floor for it to dry but there was nails and metal exposed. That should have been cautioned off. The view from our unit was great , the balcony nice but the heat that blows from the AC unit extremely loud and hot so it made for an uncomfortable time out there. Plus the medal railing needed bolts to secure it.

Great stay!

Great location and view. We got in very late around 0100 in the morning. The security guard that assisted us was wonderful. We also had issues with door code that was sent to us, but customer service gave us a new one within a few min of calling. The apartment wan beautiful, super clean and had everything we needed. Water for showers could’ve been hotter, but other than that everything was great. We’d stay again!

Great place for a short romantic getaway!

Condo was updated, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk down the beach to restaurants and shops on Flagler Street just about 3 blocks away.
