We were placed in this property. This is not the place we rented. We were contacted 3 hours before check in and told there were some problems with the a/c at the place we rented. This property is decorated nicely, it just was not what we wanted for our vacation. We had rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with washer and dryer in unit. It was about a minutes walk to the beach. This property was substantially further from the beach, on a busy street. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. There was onsite, coin-operated laundry facilities, that did not work for a great part of our trip. The bed in the master is uncomfortable. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were incredibly noisy. The grounds were maintained well. We expressed our disappointment in not getting our original property and were told there weren’t any rentals available except this one. We were told we could switch properties when the issue was resolved, but were never contacted. We expressed our disappointment at checkout. I received a voicemail after I left a review on the property management’s site. When I returned the call (a few minutes after receiving the message), I got nothing but voicemail. Left a message, and received no call back. My issue is not necessarily with this property, but with the management company. I do not believe this was handled properly.
