The central location of the building is convenient; not necessary close to anything, but not far from trolley lines that take you anywhere you want to go. Lobby entrance is a bit odd, with key code entry. There was a large, unexpected room deposit, presumably because these rooms are often used for partying. Even on the 6th floor (and during non-festival weeknights) we were glad we brought earplugs. I hope to visit NO again, and I'd likely stay elsewhere, but I want to recognize the manager on duty for helping us resolve an issue with our room code. He walked us to our room and resolved it, personally. Class act.

The room was wonderful and staff was absolutely wonderful. The building was right in the heart of the city and was accessible to so many places. Highly recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that there will be noise from both the streets of New Orleans and people walking around in the building at night. But that's to be expected.

The condo was very nice, and it is clear that they have done some recent remodeling. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But when I called regarding the deposit, one staff member told me it had to be paid prior to us arriving and one told me I could pay at the hotel.

The staff gave warm Hospitality very kind words, the room is in excellent condition very clean, even the staff for valet parking was so sweet bringing our car and putting it back every time we left and came back! Staff were fantastic - so friendly and accomadating. Room and facilities good but glue on the floor from i guess repairs to the floor recently so was sticky and we had to clean ourselves. Needs housekeeping option for long stays - we were 10 days. Would be easily 5 stars otherwise

The staff was great. Very nice and helpful. The room was spotless. I came for my birthday, and it was a solo trip. This place was perfect for me. Felt safe and could walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again when I come back. Also, the bonus is having a game room.

The staff was pleasant and efficient at their jobs. I asked about the free coffee advertised for Cafe Du Mond but was incorrectly informed that it was closed. I also found a dirty sock on one side of the bed and a broken kitchen chair. Other than those things it was an average stay.

The hotel's location is good, but road construction nearby created a lot of noise. There wasn't even hand soap in the bathroom. There was a yellow stain on the white blanket. And many other similar unpleasant little things.

Awesome stay! Friendly and courteous staff. Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Fully equipped for all your daily needs. Centrally located to most French Quarter attractions and the Superdome. Highly recommended and will definitely become a regular stay!
