It was perfectly located. Rooms were clean, and staff were amazing. House keeping was running a bit behind with our room, so the lovely lady checking us in found us in the lobby and was able to switch our rooms to something very similar to get us checked in quicker. Nice experience overall. Valet staff was also very pleasant.

The only complaint that we had was the carts were heavy for two older women to handle. The passage way was narrow, especially for us cause we had an end room and literally had to manual scoot the cart to get it in our rooms. Other than that, the accommodations and staff were excellent!!!

The rooms are exceedingly small. The photographs are deceptive, and although the information is clear as to only bunk beds, the information provided DOES NOT accurately depict the tiny amount of remaining space and three people could not comfortably occupy the rooms. Also, there is no chair or bench to sit on, so tasks must be done from the bedside. A small desk/table pulls down from wall under the TV, but it is essentially unusable as occupants must sit at the foot of the bed to reach it. The rooms are NOT even remotely soundproof. We could hear every noise from the next room. On arrival no parking was available and we were required to use offsite public parking. There were multiple problems with the entry system into the room, requiring several trips to the front desk for changes. One day, there was an IT problem causing glitches in the system. The staff was friendly and accommodating, although, it was clear that not everyone on staff at the front desk was properly trained. The hotel opened in December, 2025, so it was fresh and clean. We did appreciate the maid service each day. Understandably, the extraordinary rate is based in part on location, but given the size of the room and services available, other hotels in the vicinity with larger rooms and more ammenities can be found at comparable rates. I do not recommend this hotel unless it is for one person only and you find the rates to be fair in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Great location. Walking distance to Broadway and several museums and great food options. Wasn’t thrilled to be the room next to the housekeeping’s area or where they thought it was ok to open and close the same door(s) over and over, with no regard for the rooms in the immediate area. The have full blast conversations like they were at a nightclub and needed to be as loud as they were. At first I thought it might be a bachelorette party but no it was the housekeeping crew. Other than that it was fine.

I had some flight changes that actualy put me in nashville several hours earlier than expected. The staff was gracious enough to get me checked in even though it was only 10 am. Was very suprised and thankful for that. I do not remember the clerks name at the desk but she was tall wavy blond hair and so very friendly and welcoming with a great smile, she made the morning for sure! The only bummer was that the room I was assigned to hadn't been cleaned. BUT WAIT, the super hero front desk staff simply switched the room and the rest of the stay was flawless. The breakfast was hot and simply delicious. I'll be back... for sure.

New hotel, overall pretty good. The blinds were electric and there was no known guide to them. Got them to go down. Couldn’t get them to go back up. Tv was in a weird location. Tip: go to the second floor balcony, outside space. It’s somewhat hidden but not many people there.

Everything is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Great location! Very convenient. Just beware of parking situation. Valet is always full and the parking lot is extremely expensive. Would have been nice to know about that when booking the room.

We stayed at Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown for 5 nights for pleasure, just my husband and me. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to Broadway, and it’s also near the famous pancake place where you’ll definitely notice the lineup. The staff at check-in were very helpful, especially in guiding us on what to choose on the east side. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good sleep. Hotel is new. That said, as many other reviews mention, the rooms are very tiny — NYC tiny, or like staying in a cruise cabin. For a short stay of a night or two, I would definitely consider coming back because of the great location. But for more than that, I do not think I would stay again, as there was barely enough room for the two of us

This was a wonderful experience. Kiki at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The bunk bed room was a hit for my son. The shower felt so good you don’t want to leave, especially with the minty soap. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. And everything was close enough to walk to.
