Brand new to the Luxury Beach Rentals program! This beautiful one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, located on the 12th floor, offers a perfect blend of modern style and comfort. Step out onto the private oceanfront balcony and soak in the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with two queen beds and a full sleeper sofa. The condo also features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and new ceramic tile, and a fully upgraded bathroom, including a modern backlit mirror.

the location good. balcony great. people nice. kitchen small!! bathroom clean; towels nice, would like more for 2 people & a week stay. bed comfortable. you need a wrist band for the pool area- did not know and someone complained. no cards, games or books. not their fault but pot smokers on close balcony made it stink sometimes
