Great for the most part

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Positives are amazing views, great amenities, stocked necessities, and mostly clean. Negatives were there were toe nails on the balcony, someone walked in on us at 9:50 am on checkout day (even though checkout is at 10am), thinking we had already left (thankful I had the security latch on the door as I was in the bathroom), and some of the plugs don’t work. I would consider revisiting though, we had a great time.

Room was ok. The 2 queen beds were awful. They were wore out had dips in the middle of both. Back hurt each morning we got up. 1 morning a homeless man was washing his clothes in the pool.

Not a repeat

The first night we had drunks next door who started yelling at people on the beach beginning at 2 am until 6 when the music started. No sleep at all the first night. The next day we’re in the parking lot and this idiot had his dog attacking a lizard on the inside somewhere. It sounded like he would eat you up and the idiot kept telling him to get it. Yes we heard it clearly in the parking lot. No it wasn’t enjoyable and we will not be back.

It was great,everyone was was so nice and friendly. Customer service was amazing.

We had a great view, the room was good, the light didn’t work over the microwave, and we didn’t have a pan to cook bacon in but besides that it was nice. But I do believe the room had been smoked in before us we don’t smoke but we found buds beside the bed I didn’t like that, but we sprayed and enjoyed it anyway.

This trip was a nightmare. I drove 10 hours with a dog and my 16 year old son for his World Archery Tournament only to be told my reservation was double booked and I had no room. Everything in the area was full because of the country music festival and.the archery tournament. They found me a room for two nights and then I had to turn around and drive back home.

Most relaxing vacation

Nice place

Good location. Nice to have inside, outdoor pool and hot tubs. Plenty of chairs to relax by the pools. The condo was suitable for what we needed and the view was great. Only issue was the building needs more elevators. If only adding one more to the pool entrance. Thank you.

Perfect getaway for pet owners

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to bring our pups and the view was incredible. Everything was as advertised and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning and bring our dogs again. The owners of the pet spa were very nice and the prices are affordable. It’s a great idea to book ahead of you want you dogs to get bathed before they make the journey back home as people in the community use their services as well.

Absolutely amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was right off the elevator and easy to get to. Our room was a little bit worn down… you could tell people liked to rent this place. The sliding glass door was hard to lock. The views made it outstanding! I will go back.

Had a great time. Pools and shared areas are nice. Room is a little dated (noisy A/C, hard to close patio door, room needs a facelift) Overall had a great experience.

Time with grandkids

The rooms were nice and for the most part very clean, except the floor was dirty gritty and the kids feet were black after only a few minutes. We had to put my shoes back on. There were many dogs but you really wouldn’t know it when in our room. It says small dogs but there were some pretty good size dogs( probably 80#) We enjoyed the pools and how close we were to the ocean. The grounds were very nice. I liked the location and all employees were very nice.

I really enjoyed our stay. Very nice place

I did report to the front desk about a few things that needed to be checked on. The refrigerator didn’t cook and the freezer didn’t freeze, no matter what we did. Our ice we put in there melted. The outlet next to the fridge did work and it sparked when we unplugged the coffee maker to move it. Other than that, no problems. Wanting to rent again in a few weeks if a available since we know it is pet friendly

Amazing property

The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptional. Very dog friendly yet couldn’t tell there were pets in the place it was so clean. Highly recommend
