Absolutely beautiful home!

Such an amazing house and stay! The house included everything that you needed for a weekend getaway in Murrieta. The hosts were amazing and communication was excellent all the way from when I booked, checked in and checked out. I definitely recommend this company and this property.

The hosts were fantastic! This property is absolutely breathtaking! It feels like you are on top of the world. The house is very spacious, so much so that it feels like you’re alone in the house when you’re in one of the first floor master bedrooms or the upstairs room. The pool and pool area are look exactly like the pictures, if not better in person. The jacuzzi lid is awkward and needs two people. The views and vibe of the place are so relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the game room. This property is beautiful and secluded. The furniture isn’t too comfortable and there are somethings that were needing maintenance but it didn’t take from the awesomeness of the house. We would love to stay here again for sure!!

The listing looks amazing, but the house is actually far more impressive! The property location and the views are astonishing. You will be blown away as you drive up to the house and walk through the front door. The house is in great shape and has plenty of areas for entertainment activities and for relaxation, and was plenty big enough for our group of 17.

Paradise in the hills

This property will deliver comfort, style and fun 😎!! I exhausted other VRBO options due to my family's special needs, and this gem was dropped right in my lap for the win!! It checked all of the boxes. Say YES to this house and you won't be disappointed.

This place was stunning! We had so much fun. We went for my birthday party as a group of 14 people and this was enough space for us all. It was rainy a couple of the nights we were there so the hot tub was super nice! With it being the off season we could've paid to heat the pool but decided against it. The pool was basically an ice bath but we made due. The biggest complaints we had about the space was the grill didn't really work and there wasn't enough kitchen towels. We made a lot of meals at the house and all the pans and utensils we needed were there. Evening the extra seasonings were nice. There just wasn't enough towels to keep up with all the dishes we were making. I would absolutely stay here again though. I slept in the primary bedroom and it was gorgeous. It doesn't really show but one of the other rooms is basically another primary that's just a little smaller. It worked out great for the 2 birthday people to get their own space. The game room was also super cool! We loved love loved the view. Thanks to the hosts for always being so responsive!

Wedding weekend

Wow! What a view! This is an amazing property! My only regret is not being able to use the pool as it was a chilly weekend in November. We hope to come back in the summer. The rooms were large and fit 6 couples comfortably. There was room for even more if necessary. Great property to celebrate a wedding with family. We had a great time!

Excellent Family Getaway

We had 14 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. The upstairs room was great for the girl cousins to spread out and have their own bath. The space was amazing and the view spectacular! We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub as anticipated due to the power outage and not heating up, so that was disappointing. The power outage was not the fault of the owner and only lasted the first day of our trip. We made the best of it and the property manager did their best to accommodate during the outage. The garage game room with karaoke and bar was so much fun for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing private mountain top home!

The pics look great on the app but it’s SIGNIFICANTLY better in person. We booked this as a weekend getaway/get together for a small entrepreneur friend group, and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a VERY unique set up on its own private mountain top, driving up to it from the main road makes you feel like you’re going into some kind of magical space, totally separate & exclusive. Like all the Avante Stay properties I’ve booked, the check in process is SUPER smooth & easy, and check out was extremely convenient. The Avante team checked every box for us and this property is amazing, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing home and grounds, furnishings substandard

This home is amazing, great layout, fantastic grounds and great communication from Avant Stay company. The furnishing’s in the home were not comfortable and lacked the quality of the home. The beds were low, without box springs and low quality in all rooms. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable for guests. We watched several NFL games and seating for a big group was lacking and the bar stools and kitchen chairs were not conducive for comfort. Can’t beat the layout and design for a large group to stay, unfortunately the furnishings could have been better for such an upscale home. The kitchen supplies were all there but once again lacked the quality of such a high end home. Wonderful service and great home.
