Pool and hot was well maintained, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok nothing to ride home about and staff was friendly. Until check out. I paid for a late check out and apparently “they did not let the next shift know. So I was locked out of my room and ended up leaving 30 minutes past normal check out time because they called me.

Only complaint is no elevator and being handicapped, was a challenge getting luggage up stairs to room. Kind desk clerk helped get in but no help leaving. Wouldn’t stay again because of that.

I was locked out of my room, as i was loading bags into my car and when i went get let back in my key card know longer worked. I had 20 mins till check out time, the one staff looked like i was putting her out.

Of the four interaction with the staff the 4 of them were poor. At my arrival at 1:00 in a rude way the person in the front desk said:"You will have your room until 3:00 pm or later." The second one was arounf 9:30 pm in this person was in a bad mood, if not rude not in a good mood. The 3rd one was in the following day in the morning I ask for complepemntary tooth paste because I saw a sign in my room that if I forgot something the hotel could provide it. So I when down to t he front desk and I requested a tooth paste. She said it it two dollar if you want it. there is not such thing for free here. The 4th one was during breakfast I was preparing a tea for my wife and I did open a tea bag, when I when to the table to give to my wife another lady said: "This is your trash" with a very killing sight eye. At 6:50 am I gave my key and I said thanks. NO response back at all. I think they need a class of maners. I do not want them to get in trouble but they need to know that they need to be more polite with the costuemers. Thanks.
