Everything was OK with exception of the climate control in our room. It would not cool the room to the indicated temperature. This would have been a problem had the weather not been very cold outside. As it was it was livable, but I would have asked for a room change if it been hotter. The restaurant downstairs was OK. Mexican version of Japanese fusion.

Hotel was nice however a little worn in some spots... My room had a mountain view room which was nice however the windows were a mess. Like I say nice but could have been nicer.

Although Monterrey was not my final destination, this hotel really made me think twice about staying in Monterrey longer than planned

Hotel is ok, good location for Monterrey. Rooms are a lottery, std rooms need upgrading, starting to wear out..some look subpar..wouldnt pay more than $120/night for this hotel

I love this hotel! Staff, location and food is amazing; the only problem is the noise at night. Thin but heavy doors can cause for a bit of sleeplessness!

Was in-town for a wedding, Mexican weddings are amazing! I booked this as a package deal and got a better rate for the hotel than the wedding party discount!!. The hotel was nice, I'm still surprised when hotel's charge for wifi, and then when people complained they got it for free. The rooms were nice, the staff was helpful. Location - right next to local bars, great restaurants and a shopping center. Get a local street taxi, do not take the hotel taxi (usually 4x the price). Otherwise enjoyed our stay!

i was expecting more, and it look old and the lobby you did not have a place to seat and have a drink

great people great place, location also great. all san agustn is a great place, and the restaurants are on top. The view and ellegance make this place oe of my favorits, i will deffinetly go back

I love this hotel! The location and staff are wonderful but the noise from the heaviness of the doors to the thin walls make it very hard to rest.

Lovely lobby and architecture, great food!! Friendly staff....

Very nice, modern design located in heart of key business area of San Pedro Garza Garcia. Would be overpriced at regular rates compared to more classic Safi Royal Luxury Valle right across the street, but was a great value at the Orbtriz prepaid sale price.

I really like this hotel and it will be my regular place. Very pretty hotel. I felt safe in the neighborhood- which is important to a single female business traveler. The rooms were very clean and the bed was wonderful.

This is the hotel that my customer demands we stay at because it is in a "safe" zone of the city. Its an OK place to stay for business. I was actually able to get a better price thru on-line than my customers corporate rate was. People are nice and receptive to your needs. A great deal of them speak enough english fro Americans to get by on. The problem I have is the cost of the extras. A bottle of water is $5.50. A candy bar is $5.00. The internal resturants are decent but, again, expensive. The average meal was about $50 with tip. My average cost for the breakfast buffet was over $30 dollars. You are better off walking over to the shopping plaza next door. I would rate this hotel more accurately as a good 3 star hotel.

The hotel staff is friendly and quick. The rooms are starting to show their age, they need new rugs. Beds and pillows are the best of the best. Don't order room service! Or eat out there are a lot of nice restaurants outside and the ticket is decent. Will stay again.

perfect location, just a pair of things, there was only one bathing towel in the room and the hallway to get to the room smelled smoke of cigarrette as if several people were smoking, but the room didnt smell.

We just wanted a night away. This hotel is close to the Mall. If you get a room that faces the mountains it is beautiful to look at, especially at night.

I had several meetings and was happy to see that the hotel had areas and meeting rooms. Also, the hotel connects directly to a mall, and restaurants are at a walking distance, including starbucks. This is the safest sector in the whole city. I didn't have to rent a car or drive. The best location if you're traveling for business and security is a concern.

The hotel has great rooms, great restaurant and very good gym.

The room was super clean. Great views!!! Safe access to the mall. Great service all the way!

very nice and clean, great staff, and the food was execlent
