The property is beautiful! It could use some TLC with external painting and structure updating. The staff were all helpful and friendly. For some reason there was a shortage on wash clothes.

The property is huge and beautiful. Has a big wrap around pool. The property is very big. My villa was pretty far from the main area so I appreciate the gulf carts doing drop offs and pick ups. They even had a pool and bar at the end of the villa where my room was. The staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. It was very nice

This is my second time at this resort & while my first time wasn’t amazing, this time was definitely worse. The food is horrible & there are not enough authentic Jamaican food options. Service is so slow inside the restaurants. Staff for the most part is sweet tho so it sucks. Room had a leak in the ceiling & there was water everywhere. Do not recommend to anyone

While the property was great and the food was also great, the service of the staff at the buffet during breakfast and lunch made you double think if it was a good choice to pick this resort. They had a look on their faces like they didn’t want to work and had to ask multiple times for orders. There were a few people who made good impressions on us but they were very few and rare.

I liked the property. The rooms needs to be updated. My room did have a mold smell to it. Someone was supposed to come to our room to check it out. No one never came. Overall my stay was really nice.

Had a blast of a time. HUGE Resort!!! Using the Resort app is a must to maximize your stay; for entertainment times and upscale Restaurant reservations; which are included in all inclusive package. Also Resort is not walking distance to anything i left twice had to get taxi didnt like one taxi guy but Lewin McKenzie 8767919899 is honest local taxi tour guy he was great we meet his wife kids and family. He will take you anywhere for reasonable fair price and make any stops in between for shopping and food and wait for you and give you a tour along the way. He really goes the extra mile took photos, carried bags escorted in stores and restaurants really made our local tour outstanding. He was a great host for Jamaica.

The resort is massive, luxurious and all-inclusive which is why we chose to stay there, but there are some things that need attention. When we first got into our room & started unpacking, we noticed water dripping down a wall & onto the marble floor. We called the front desk & made them aware of the situation & they said they would send someone from maintenance. After nobody came, we went to the front desk 2 times & were told that they were on their way.We were tired from traveling all day & just wanted to unpack/get comfortable & figured they would move us into another room. Finally we went back to the desk for the third time in 4 hrs & asked to be moved because the floor was flooded with water by that time. We assumed they would offer to upgrade our room but they would not. We constantly had to call to ask for wash cloths and towels because housekeeping would forget to leave them.The buffet had many choices of food but most of it was very bland. The restaurants have better quality foods but reservations were limited. If you want a chair by the pool, you need to go early and put your towel on it.They do not monitor the chairs and some sit empty all day with towels on them(which I do not think is acceptable).There were also days when they ran out of clean beach towels for hours (that should never happen). The entertainment could & should be better. The beach area could be better but the pool is amazing! We did enjoy our stay, but think there should be better management.

I just came from on 7/3/25, and the room the AC was not working properly. I called for service for the AC and was told they will come check it and never did. This would be my last visit to this location. I also wanted to add the check in services was terrible, had us waited for 6 hrs to get checked in.. unbelievable.

The property offered many areas of relaxation and fun. The staff in many areas were exceptional. I had a problem with our doors for 2 consecutive days. I had requested a room change but I guess this was not possible. Most of the staff tries their best to offer excellent service.
