It would be great to have bottled water regularly available like the alcoholic drinks! At times, both the front desk and coffee shop didn't have water bottles when we asked for them. The nonstop asking us about the spa services needs to stop, in person and on the app. Hopefully the comments get put to good use. Other than that, we had a good time

The property and facilities were in good condition. We loved the beaches and pools. Cabana was nice. Service is awful. Most staff was not helpful, somewhat rude, not trying to be nice to guests. Our room was never provided bottled water when we first arrived. We called five times but no one came. We ordered drinks and they never came. Guest service “booked” a restaurant for us and when we went to the restaurant, they claimed the reservation doesn’t exist.

Let’s start with the Staff. They were very unprofessional and rude. It seemed as if though when asked a question or if needed something it was a bother. Dinner Restaurants were never available before 9pm for a a group of 7. Food orders were constantly wrong or undercooked when requested well done. Dessert was never offered although available on menu. Restaurants also would not have items available on menu due to late reservations made by the hotel guest services because of our group size of 7, which was ridiculous because they were plenty of bigger groups accommodated. Guest services were only available till 10pm and wasn’t able to get water for my room after that time. It’s sad to say that for so much money, they were definitely NOT Worth it.

Resort facilities were good but….worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Food at buffets was horrible with even worse service staff, restaurants that required reservations were booked up unless you give concierge cash. Would not go to this resort again or recommend to anyone.

There are definitely pros and cons about this hotel. We loved our room, the pool, sunset cove beach and the entertainment. Daniel and Beechi at the pool were fantastic! They made our trip so memorable and they were so great with our teenagers. Dance lessons are a must!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would! We didn't love the food at the buffets and trying to make reservations at the restaurants was a nightmare. The overall service was not great. We had to call 3 times to get sheets/pillows for the pull out couch and it took 3 hours to finally get them. We ordered room service and it never arrived. If you love pools, beaches, great drinks and entertainment this is the place for you. If you want good food and service, I would recommend Hyatt Rose Hall. We stayed there last year and it was better.

Beware of the hard sell of their vacation club. They want you to pre-buy weeks of vacation at their properties at a supposed discount. Their sales staff will aggressively pursue you and urge you to attend a two hour sales meeting. The room we had was quite tired and moldy in the shower. The local food in the restaurants was really good, but the americanized tourist food was strictly for the kids. The beer selection was limited to red stripe, and all mixed drinks i saw were made with mr boston spirits or a local rum.

Absolutely everything was top shelf. I would definitely return here. I will definitely recommend this facility.

Great place to stay and great staff.

This is a beautiful property with alit of poools and beautiful beaches. There were a few employees at the property that were very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of frustration though because of language barriers. At check-in, we had to sign someone but it was in Spanish so we didnt quite know what we were signing. Navigating the app to get property information on room service or reservations was impossible so I dont think we were able to experience everything. Overall, it was a nice visit.

Pros: Beautiful resort and lots of amenities Cons: Horrible customer service and management We had so many issues with our rooms the type that can’t be ignored. Water leak from the bathroom ceiling by the light, sewage smell in the room, power outage. Then finally after hours of waiting we were given another room which was considered an upgrade. The AC in the room wasn’t working, the chain lock on the door was broken (looked like someone tried breaking in or something when the door was locked), no TV remote (not a big deal but couldn’t turn the TV off) when we tried to call the front desk to make them aware we found out the phone in the room didn’t work. I would save your money and time and book elsewhere.

Hello, It was not water in my toom4031, the next morning after my checking, I was trying to reach front desk with not answer, my husband walk to there and in his way he found a worker from the hotel snd he said he will talk for us and after 30 mts it was fixted up. It was a bad experience that we found in two night conservative a cockroach, in our room4031, we Made a complaint in the morning, they said they will deep cleaning and the next night we found another one, both my husband killed. But for me was a nightmare I was on the bed seating the hold night until I see the light of the son I couldn’t sleep in that room anymore. My husband and I have been working as designer for long time and because the very strong smell of dust on the room, we think that probably the air conditioner duct needs to be clean. The food was good, the night show was great and te employees are very good. Thank you

It's a beautiful resort but seemed to never have reservations for the restaurants. the 3 restaurants we did get reservations for were half full at best 6:30-7.

The Staff and property is exceptional!! I'm in food and hospitality industry and many of the restaurants in the USA good learn a few things from the staff here, they go above and beyond. Rooms are uber clean, views and beaches are transformative. So, now the not so good news, What was just average to me. I don't expect a cocktail bar in Soho but... this is Jamaica. Guys you can't call a mojito a Mojito if you don't have limes, you can't call a Margarita a Margarita if you don't have all the ingredients to make one. I would offer this to the Grand palladium Lucea. I understand post COVID some places are struggling to get back on there feet, you can make exceptional cocktails with the fresh fruit you have on hand. Blend the fresh coconut, pineapple, or mangos etc.. bananas and make a delicious rum cocktail etc. Breakfast and lunch buffets were great. The day I had the Jerk Chicken it was a dry and needed salt. Good places to eat are Sumtori, El Dorado ( filet Mignon, not the Rib eye, especially if you're from NYC, Texas or LA) and Xaymaica in that order . That being said, if food isn't #1 on your list and if you want relaxation, beauty this is the place. The spa also fantastic

There are definitely pros and cons about this hotel. We loved our room, the pool, sunset cove beach and the entertainment. Daniel and Beechi at the pool were fantastic!
