The property needs an extreme upgrade. Speaking personally on my room it was horrible. The key machine didn't work, so the employee had to come unlock the door everytime we would leave. The bathtub had hair and wet toilet paper in it, and was dirty ,the toilet was soiled on the seat, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed, the sink was dirty, the bed sheets had cigarette burns, pillow cases were dirty. Overall experience was horrific!!! I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in this building. I stayed in the room but didn't sleep. I just stayed up all night until it was time to leave.

Staff was unprofessional and the hotel had to much going on with the guest arguments and altercations.

It was the absolutely worst hotel that I’ve ever been associated with. Plus, both orbitz and the property LIED that the room was 2 bedrooms and that it was a non smoking room. It was so bad that we had to move to a different property for the night, and the new property was terrible and it was still better than your property. So we have now had to pay for 2 hotels. I want a full refund!!!!

For a Wyndham property it was old, dirty, musty, and needed lots of updating. Front desk employee was very nice and welcoming but the moment we entered the room we decided not to stay. We lost our on money because of no refund policy which was fine with us for the safety of our children. I definitely don’t recommend this property.

There wasn't much to like. Especially when a person pays $78 for no heat and no ac unit that works. Even the portable broke down after an hour. No taxi connection ... sad place to stay

This hotel was so bad. The first room an employee was smoking in it. So they gave us a second room this room had so much air freshner sprayed in the room that it we were unable to breathe. The rooms are not what they show in the pictures. The smoke alarms were off the ceiling and covering holes in the walls. Granted to say we left and did not stay.

We had a non smoking room but there was a used cigarette butt on the headboard of one of the beds. Also cigarette burn on bed spread. Room smelled terrible. Life paint?

It appears that the hotel has begun remodeling...at least the bathrooms were remodeled.. However, the floors are very dirty with dried up mud-stain footprints on the carpet. The walls need to be painted. The room needs to be cleaned. The room looks as if men who were very dirty after work stayed there and nobody cleaned up. However, the people who work the front desk are VERY friendly and it's not their fault that management hasn't replaced the dirty carpet and repainted the dirty walls.

Ok, breakfast good. Close to airport and shopping mall. Not a bad area.

Room carpet was very worn and dirty. Excessive caulk around all water fixtures on sink, toilet, and tub. Lamp shades dirty and stained. Will be looking for a new place to lay over next year.

As I opened the door to the hotel room there was a roach running across the counter. It was to late when we checked in to find another room so we decided to stick it out. Showered and sat down on the bed and my significant other jumps up and grabs my purse bc a roach ran into my purse. Could not sleep out of being paranoid of bugs. Do not rec this hotel to anyone. Room smelt like mildew as well.

I personally went by the pictures alone when choosing this slightly cheaper hotel for the area trying to save a little money. Don't do what I did. The staff is super nice but if you were looking for a relaxing and clean atmosphere, this place is not for you. This is a hotel for truckers/construction workers. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe. I'm from a northern state and I expect a nice clean hotel. The one severely needs to be renovated. The carpets are disgusting alone with the bathroom. I went and bought my own bleach and wipes to do my own sweep of the room. I'm sure being a nurse doesn't help. Next time I'll just pay the extra $200 for a nicer hotel.

When We Got To Out Room The Pillows Were Thrown Everywhere As If Housekeeping Never Finished Cleaning. When We Went To Take A Shower There Was No Towels When We Asked For Some They Only Gave Us One. The Roof Had Water Damaged Also The Toilet Didn't Flush My Husband Had To Open The Back To Flush Everytime We Used It. I Don't Recommend This Place Unless It's For A One Night Stay.

It was very much much nicer than I expected the bed was comfy clean good internet and smelled nice

Upon arrival we checked in and got our key. The lobby had a child sleeping on a couch and another child playing, these two children must have been the counter persons' because she was with them when we walked in and had to come around behind the desk to help us. The outside pool was empty, being worked on so we had nowhere to go swim. When we got to our room and opened the door all we could smell was mold/mildew, lots of stains on ceiing as well. Immediately we asked for a second room., the desk clerk was very helpful and gave us a 2nd key upon arrival this room was musty and smelling with also stains all over the ceiling. I went back again to obtain a different room again and explained I could not tolerate a moldy/damp room. She asked another worker which rooms were available that would not be damp or musty/mildew smelling. He provided her with 2 room numbers. Got to third room, thank got it didn't smell. However, the ceilngs were completely stained which is a big negative in my book. The room was very cramped, The beds were not very comfortable and only 1 light blanket was provided, which we came to realize was not needed because the air did not stay at the 66 room temp. we had it on and I know this because I work with a HVAC company and I could immediately tell it was not reaching the temp. setting. It stayed at approx. 71 degrees which was hot to us a night. The continental breakfast was a complete disappointment. Not very fresh food like most hotels offer, so we opted out and went down the road to eat. I cannot believe any Chain in the Hotel/Motel industry would affiliate themselves with such a dump. This is not up to standard for them at all as I've stayed at other place of theirs and they were all decent. Will be sure not to recommend this to anyone I know.

Very clean! Enjoyed my stay! The location was very convenient for me. There were plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby!

But there were a lot of "regulars" apparently who were rather rowdy and loud and we had to ask twice for towels and pillow cases and then had to place our pillows into the cases, because the staff member couldn't speak English. Aside from that, it served its purpose for a last minute place for a family of five to catch eight hours.

It is disappointing to know that we were not able to accommodate you properly at our hotel. Our policy is strict in ensuring that our guests refrain from smoking in the nonsmoking rooms because the scent of smoke does cling in the walls and we apologize in behalf of our previous guest's infraction. We assure you that we are taking measures to ensure that our housekeeping staff will do their best to prepare the non smoking rooms for valuable guests, such as yourself.
