Esta unidad se alquila de sábado a sábado solo con un mínimo de 7 noches durante las vacaciones de primavera, verano pico y vacaciones de otoño.

Seawinds # 2 se encuentra directamente en las arenas blancas azucaradas de Destin y presenta una increíble vista del golfo desde los tres niveles.

Seawinds # 2 está ubicado en la parte de Miramar Beach de Destin, directamente entre el Silver Sands Outlet Mall y Destin Commons. ¡Estarás a una corta distancia en automóvil de muchas tiendas y un montón de restaurantes!

Al entrar en esta casa adosada de cuatro habitaciones, se lo recibe con un acogedor vestíbulo. Este nivel de planta baja cuenta con dos dormitorios muy amplios. El primer dormitorio con cama doble y TV de pantalla plana. Entre los dos dormitorios encontrará un baño de tamaño completo con ducha de pie, así como el área de la lavadora / tintorería. El segundo dormitorio da a la playa con increíbles vistas al golfo y acceso al balcón. Esta habitación también cuenta con una cama queen y TV de pantalla plana.

Subiendo por la escalera hasta el segundo piso, ¡te recibe de inmediato el amplio salón! La sala de estar cuenta con increíbles vistas al golfo, una enorme televisión de pantalla plana, un bar con fregadero y un plano de planta abierto que permite a todos conversar desde la cocina, el comedor, la sala de estar e incluso el balcón.

La cocina mejorada está justo al lado de la sala de estar junto con el área de comedor. ¡Todas estas áreas miran hacia las ventanas grandes que ofrecen vistas más increíbles del golfo!

El segundo piso aquí cuenta con el sofá cama, pero también un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana. Un baño de tamaño completo con combinación de bañera / ducha se encuentra en el segundo piso también. ¡¡y si!! Otro balcón con vista a la playa desde la sala de estar aquí. ¡También cuenta con escalones hacia la playa para que puedas acceder a la playa desde este piso también!

El piso superior es el cuarto dormitorio. Esta habitación de estilo loft es enorme! y le ofrece una cama king, futón, y TV de pantalla plana, así como un baño privado personalizado. Este baño cuenta con una ducha de azulejos personalizados muy grande con dos cabezales de ducha. Una característica muy única de esta casa en escritura, es esta ducha personalizada! ¡Más vistas del golfo desde esta área también a través de los grandes ventanales que dan a la playa! Un televisor de pantalla plana se ofrece de esta sala también.

Great beach access, enjoyed our weeks stay at Seawinds2, plenty of space for family and friends, great patios for dolphin watching. Would definitely return to Miramar Beach!

Labor Day Getaway

Our over all stay was great. Our favorite part was that we were just steps from the sand and beach. Nice location close to plenty of places to eat and shop. The beach house was spacious and met our accommodation needs.

Loved the property! The master bedroom is a loft on the 3rd floor and is not closed off so noise and privacy is not really possible but loved the view of beach being on the 3rd floor so overall great property and super close to the beach!

Beautiful View!

Loved the location of the property and the view!! House was clean and property management very responsive. Rooms were good size also and enjoyed the private beach! But and there is usually a but…the mattresses were awful! I’m sure Motel 6 has better mattresses. I mean we all got up hurting somewhere and one night I woke up at 227am and stayed up vs laying in the bed, the grill was nasty and no hope of improving with cleaning, the deck needs a facelift and fixed, no outside lights for the deck we even attempted to replace the bulbs outside, the internet stinks, some of the TVs was not setup, and good luck figuring out all the switches in the house. The home could use some updating but ya know you never spend much time in the home on vacation! My suggestion if they don’t do repairs; bring extra chairs to put on the small deck off the living room cuz the big one does not have a way into the house, bring some fluff for the beds, bring your grill or get a small one, and small low lights for outside. We still enjoyed the stay and would use the property management again the owners use. Have fun!

Downstairs Shower Is Annoying

The downstairs shower faucet does not turn on easily. To the point I thought the whole faucet would come out of the wall. We called maintenance and he showed us how to do it. REALLY!! you know the shower is this hard to turn on and you don't do anything about it. Shame on YOU!

Family vacation

For the most part all was good. The kitchen was poorly stocked with usable pans to cook with the refrigerator was leaking water on the inside. Housekeeping or someone had placed a bowl inside on top shelf to catch it. Other than that all was good.

Beach house

The place could use a little bit of updating, but you could not beat the location and view. We had no trash bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms only has one roll of toilet paper. We love being steps from the private beach. It also has plenty of floats and toys.

Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better location for a better price! The beach was gorgeous and had easy access to beach chair rentals right on the beach, one thing that I wish we would have known before we wasted money on sand toys for the kids was that there is a small room on the bottom deck full of floaties and beach toys for the kids. We left some behind as well so I wouldn't worry about buying toys for the kids.

Perfect location

This townhouse is in the perfect location for a beautiful beach stay neat Destin. It has plenty of room for a family getaway and it is literally right on the beach! The kids could go out and play on the beach while we drank coffee on one of the 3 decks! It was perfect! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is in need of a few repairs. The porches need a little updating and the stairs need some work, the outdoor tables were taped and need replacing and the air conditioning is in need of updating. Other than those things, we truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and was the perfect layout! Would stay again.

Two Family annual vacay

Awesome location with private beach access! Fridge did not make any ice while we were there but there is a gas station steps away across the street. Kitchen could use some dish towels. There were Plenty of beach toys for kids to play. Hose downstairs needs replacing but overall a great townhome! We had a wonderful beach getaway

Great location, spacious rooms, needs TLC.

You will be hard pressed to find a better location in Destin/Miramar. The condo was surprisingly spacious. The pictures are out-dated a bit. Overall, we were happy with the place, but definitely needs some TLC. The doors to the beach were basically non-functional. The beautiful shower upstairs unfortunately leaks into middle bathroom. The stairs to the beach one could call borderline dangerous. The grandparents had a hard time navigating. With some upgrades, we would consider staying here again.

Awesome home on the beach!

This property was perfect. The issues mentioned in previous reviews had been fixed and the house had new paint. It was perfect for our 2 families with 7 young children. The location is exceptional. We had groceries delivered when we arrived and you are close to shopping and dinner. We woke up to the sounds of the ocean every day and the kids ran down in the mornings in their PJ's. Ive stayed in a lot of homes in Destin and it was worth the cost to stay directly on the beach. The home had tons of beach toys and chairs. The only thing I would recommend would be more blankets and sheets, towels, and have more regular staples (spices, etc.) and kitchen utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, we had the best time ever. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
