Our family enjoyed this home. the 3rd floor is so nice for children the bunks are comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen was well stocked. Property management was clear with instructions and checked in with us regularly. Any questions we had about the property were answered, very easy and short walk to ocean with plenty of this to do in the area. Perfect Family retreat. Thank You.

Wonderful Place for the Whole Family!

The wi-fi was great. The pool was amazing. The water pressure was wonderful. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone. Close to everything. It was marvelous!

Grad Bash

This was the most perfect location to be in not too far from the beach, restaurants and stores. We came to celebrate a high school grad and had a blast. Fully equipped home. The pool is a BONUS! Thank you Diamond Gulf for everything!

Great and all as described

Beautiful Property. Very spacious. Rooms are large. Pool was wonderful. Easy walk to the beach as it is only 1 1/2 blocks to the public access. The property was well kept and clean. Check in was very easy. Enjoyed the stay.

Couples Getaway

Renting the Seaside property was easy. The property was beautiful and within walking distance to the beach. It was clean and felt very homely. The property was five stars. The only disadvantage was that the water was cold on the last two days (Sunday and Monday).

Great beach house

Check was a little wonky, didn’t get the check in code until we were 20 mins to check in. Kind of disconcerting since we were relaying messages to family meeting at location. Stay was great and house was good but really disliked the check in process. I couldn’t imagine doing this to my customers being a VRBO host myself.

Will Definitely Be Back!

With a group of 19 girls, we couldn’t think of one thing we would improve about this house. Never once did we feel crowded because of the amount of seating, beds and bathrooms. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Would recommend 10/10!

Family & Friends Spring Break 2022

It's our first time in Miramar Beach florida, the property is in a great location and the management company is very responsive. The properties location is on a great area and close to the beach entrance. The initial cleaning of the house when we arrived was not at a great standard. We had to clean the stove top, oven, counters, and hood. There was furniture inside and outside that was broken with sharp edges (dangerous) and the grill was not clean at all possibly causing grease fire. Also the lights on the backyard patio and the second floor balcony were not working. We texted the management company and they addressed the situation by sending a maintenance man the next day, the maintenance man came by and saw the problem but could not figure it out. He said he would speak with the owner and get back the day to repair, but never came back or notified us. The overall listing of the property is correct the house is very roomy with a great game room on the third floor. We had the pool heated which worked out phenomenal. The property needed a few important items : Tupperwares for the kitchen, smart tvs in the bedrooms, smart TV remote for game room, outdoor patio furniture that's not broken. The property did not have a fire pit, so we bought one ourselves used it and left it for future renters to create memories of there own.

Great location, short walk to the beach, but the cleanliness was disappointing

Our family comes to Florida every year. We usually stay on 30A, but this year we chose Destin. Location wise, this home was great. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Floor plan layout was perfect for our group of 15. Kids area is fantastic! However, the cleanliness was pretty disappointing. When we arrived, we noticed there was sticky stuff running down a few of the cabinets. Throughout the week we started feeling stuffy and noticed the return air vent was caked with buildup. The vent-a-hood and the ceiling fans had tons of dust on them also. We notified the company and they told us they “were on the phone at the time with the cleaning department and would have someone come replace the air filter”, however, we never heard back from them. One other thing is there is a pool alarm that goes off every single time the back door is opened. With 15 people (7 kiddos) you can imagine that was quiet a nuisance. I understand why it’s there, but our kids can swim and there was no need for that. When I asked about temporarily disabling it, they said it was a law. However, our neighbors all had pools and they told us they didn’t have alarms when we asked. Short of the cleaning/alarm issues, our family had a good time.

Amazing week at Seaside Palace!

We absolutely LOVED the house! Our stay was amazing and wonderful. The house decor was beautiful and it comfortably fit our party of 16. Each couple and the children had their own bedroom and bathroom. So much space for everyone! The location of the house was awesome and such a convenient walk to the beach! We had four children in our group between 2-10 yrs of age and they didn’t mind the short walk at all. The pool was a PLUS! We swam everyday and some night swimming as well. Pool was clean, water temperature was comfortable, and the backyard setting was beautiful. The wagon and beach chairs came in handy! So thankful the house provided these. We used them every time we walked to the beach. You can walk/run along Scenic Gulf Dr., easy access from the house. Alvin’s Island Souvenir store and Pompano Joe’s restaurant is within walking distance. We made lots of fun and wonderful memories here in Seaside Palace. We would definitely come back again! Just some minor complaints...upon checking-in to Seaside Palace, we found pieces of trash left on the floor in the main level bedroom, lots of sand on the floor, and the closet in that same bedroom was left a mess...pillows and unfolded blankets were just stuffed in the closet on the floor. Seemed that the house keepers just rushed to clean this room. Told the property management and they apologized as “this wasn’t their standard”. Grill was not cleaned at all before we used it. Very dirty, so we had to scrub off the grates before using. One of the coffee pots did not work when we tried using it for the first time. Coffee was not coming out. Good thing they had 2! SOME of our shower floors were not cleaned to our satisfaction at check-in. But most of the other shower floors were clean and fine. We didn’t feel the need to have someone come and clean them again while we were already in the house. So we just tolerated it. Overall, we enjoyed everything else about Seaside Palace! We would recommend staying here with your family!
