Beautiful home with breathtaking views and every comfort you could ask for. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish, making our stay completely stress-free. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — it truly felt like the hosts had thought of every detail to make guests feel at home.We stayed during the winter and it was absolutely wonderful — cozy, peaceful, and perfect in every way. We can’t wait to come back and experience it again in the warmer months!

The house was great in so many ways. The view was lovely, attention to detail,. Though out the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the cleanliness was excellent. There was plenty to occupy the time from the hot tub.movie theater plus indoor and outdoor games. Great Lake house!!

We had such a wonderful stay! Our family enjoyed kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming in the lake (it’s very warm - perfect in September!), the hot tub, movies in the theater room, and caught a lot of fish right off the dock! While there isn’t much in the area to do, it was incredibly relaxing and well worth the quiet family time spent together. The host was very responsive and kind, and helpful - always quick to message back to any questions or concerns we had. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working down by the dock during our stay, and would drop Wi-Fi in the master bedroom - but it has been brought to the host’s attention and we have no doubt they’ll address it for future guests. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated all the little details - things like towels by the back door and even several fragrance free soaps (for my fragrance allergies). Would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront Lake Anna home. We stayed with 3 generationsof family ranging from mid 20s to mid 80s. We really enjoyed hanging out on the dock and using all of the available toys, such as kayaks and paddle boards. We rented the boat for one day, which was a great experience. The views from the house are spectacular and the tall windows provide a constant backdrop while you are hanging out inside. There is also a picnic table on the back porch for having meals outside.It was a great home for our mother who is on a walker. Except for the minor issue of no railings on the couple steps up to the door and a couple steps around the side of the house, the walkways were perfect to get to the dock and also having the master bedroom on the main floor was idealThe property manager was amazing. He responded with minutes to any questions we had.Something to note, but not a negative, is the close proximity to the community boathouse, and parking lot which is very near to this home’s dock. It was really no problem for us and did not affect our enjoyment or view. The way the house and boat dock are situated facing away from that area,, it does mess up your tranquil view.We would rent this home again for sure! Our only complaint was not having enough time to enjoy all it had to offer!

30th Bday Trip

A group of family and friends came to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday. We randomly chose a lake house semi close to TN. The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. It even had ziplock bags, extra trash bags and tinfoil to use. We had an amazing time. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars overall was the lake temperature, which we didn’t research. We went to local wineries and breweries and a brunch spot. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly.

We absolutely loved this property! It is beautifully maintained and extremely well appointed! It has something for everyone! I would also recommend renting the pontoon boat and having Zach drive you around if you don't have a boat license. He was fantastic! The communication with the property managers was extremely positive. Very responsive, very quickly. It was a perfect family friendly property!

Amazing House

We had an amazing time on the lake. Our family loved the kayaks, paddle boards and the pontoon boat. The kids loved the theater and game rooms! I highly recommend this house!

Awesome Family Vacation House

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We have 8 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. The boat house was beautiful and had plenty of water toys to use. The kids loved the paddle boards and floating mat. We caught a lot of fish right off the dock. The beach was great for the little ones! Daniel was great and stayed in touch with me through our stay. He even gave us a free nights stay which was much appreciated! We will defintely be back!!

Great family vacation

Our family (including children ages 9 and 11) enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards, hot tub, arcade games, and theater room. The home is lovely and comfortable, indoors and outdoors. Kitchen, living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are all very nice! We would definitely rent again!

Lovely home!

We loved staying at this house. The layout was fantastic... plenty of room to all come together, and to retreat for more privacy. The house was really well-stocked with household necessities. Views of the lake were gorgeous. The neighborhood is new, and less than 10 min from Food Lion and restaurant options. The beds were very comfortable. Our family loved the theater room, loft area, firepit, and hot tub. What a wonderful time we had, even in the winter where we knew it would be too cold for the lake. Would love to visit again in warmer weather. Thank you Dan for quick and helpful communication!

Amazing way to celebrate the holiday!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness of the property. It comfortably accommodated our entire party, making it the perfect retreat for our family gathering. The amenities provided were top-notch and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to whip up meals together, and the living areas offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company. One of the highlights of our stay was the theater room. It was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy Christmas movies together. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the entire process seamless. Any questions we had were answered promptly, which made planning our stay a breeze. Our grandkids are already talking about our next visit, which speaks volumes about how much we all loved it! We can’t recommend this place enough—it's truly a hidden gem. We can’t wait to come back and create more cherished memories!Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Family retreat

This is a beautiful home, and I could not have asked for a more comfortable living area to share with my children and new granddaughter. We enjoyed cooking as a family in the beautiful kitchen overlooking the lake. The outside was just what we wanted from the beach to the firepit and corn hole. The owner was quick and responsive to the few issues raised and everything was resolved amazingly. Highly recommend.

Friends getaway

Our group stayed for 3 nights here, everything was fantastic. The house is very nice and has all the amenities (and more) that were listed. Everything was well organized and clean, our group enjoyed our stay, and communication with the owner was top notch. The only complaint we had was that there were spiders in and out of the house/dock which made people uneasy. Overall, would come back here!

Fabulous Labor Day Weekend!

House was fabulous for 6 adults and 5 kids ages three months to 5 years. We come to Lake Anna every year and would definitely stay here again! In addition to a great house, the neighborhood is also lovely and we enjoyed taking walks around it in the morning.

Wonderful memories

Annual Family Lake Trip

This property is simply breathtaking!! The house is luxurious, clean, bright, well stocked, perfectly laid out for families or groups! We ended up having beautiful weather but if it had been bad the theater room and shuffle board where right there ready to save the day! The dock area is amazing! Plenty of room, options to have sun or shade, sandy beach for the little ones, paddle boards and kayaks! We come to the lake every spring with our 4 small kids and other members of extended family and this house has been our favorite by far! We have already rebooked for next year! The water being warmer on the private side was a huge plus since we come at the end of May!! The owners were incredibly kind and the property manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to contact! Wonder wonderful experience!

GREAT GETAWAY LONG WEEKEND

This home was just awesome!! And, Daniel was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The house was very well stocked, clean, and the ability to use the flat top grill at the dock made evening dinners so relaxing and fun. Plenty of room to relax and separate and the theater room on Sunday Football was 😁😁!! I have 2 suggestions, blinds on the master bathroom windows and possibly changing one of the double bedrooms into another king or queen to accommodate better adult sleeping areas. We will no doubt return to this house and it made our first trip to Lake Anna a success!!

Perfect family vacation

Everything about the house was great except the master bath windows could use blinds/curtains, I’m positive someone got a show. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a good array of spices too. Plenty of linens and towels for both bath and lake. One thing I wish I knew is that the lake temperature was at least 90°, probably more like 95°. The water was not refreshing as it was about 90° outside. I will definitely visit this house again, maybe just April/May or Sept/Oct.
