Great place, poor communication
The place was really great...so I hate to complain. But I was literally driving to the airport taking photos of my ID card after having submitted it multiple other ways prior. The verification process was pretty terrible and frustrating. They had problems with both my ID card and my CC. There was a lot of confusion between the person on the phone and the person responding to emails with documents being submitted.
The place itself was great. The pool is shaded so not really a place to spend as much time as we would have liked. The place was spotless which was great and the kitchen had the basics which made cooking when we wanted to easy. There is some construction and road noise, but it didn't bother us much. The water heater could be turned up a few degrees as well.
