The hotel staff was ok, but the hotel was run down and outdated, the furniture and carpet looked like they went to the goodwill and purchase it. The room only had 1 wash cloth , and 1 hand towel , 2 bath towels we called down and asked for more towels because I don’t share towels or use the same towel for my body and face , they bought up 2 more wash cloths that’s all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel it’s in need of updating badly!

None of the staff spoke English had to use use my phone to translate room never got cleaned the 7 days I stayed also they tried to double charge my card a staff walked in our room as we start to step out of the shower never told her to come in

I had 2 rooms reserved by Orbitz. I got there and was told that Orbitz only did one room. I showed them my confirmation email from Orbitz that clearly states that I have 2 rooms. The lady there went on to lecture me how Orbitz made a mistake and entered only one room. I had to make a new reservation for another room , I was traveling with family they would not put us on the same floor because they were full and only one room left. It was a nightmare The rooms are not cleaned, carpets are old.

Hotel was good. The room was clean even it smelled like humid, close to Dolphin mall and to airport, the shuttle service is pretty good if want to go to the mall and don’t want to rent a car. The only thing could be improve is the breakfast... is poor...

The AC was damaged and the bedroom smelled like humidity!

Rooms were old and run down. Carpet was worn in many places. Shower was leaking when I arrived. The water never really got hot so took a cold shower. Property was noisy too. Next door garbage was being emptied at 2 in the morning. Would recommend they update this hotel. It’s in a nice neighborhood and should not be in the condition it was in.

Staff was very helpful. The pool was lovely but not much used. Wr usually had it to ourselves

Very well located. Near the airport and restaurants.

It was a very nice and clean facility and the staff were very pleasant

During the pandemic all housekeeping services have been changed to only entering the room upon checkout, however you may always request clean linen and towels as well as having trash collected during your stay.
