For price we paid was good.

The tv in our room did not work. I bought stale chips from the vending machine. The staff was very helpful though.
I wipe everything down and found stains and spots on the nite stands. Bathroom still had hair from past folks. Served the purpose for a 1 night.
We arrived later and front desk representative had a terrible bad attitude... Hotel needs a desperate remodeling (damage furniture, handyman detail work, painting, electrical problems). Price was ok and location great... I could repeat the place but without this specific front desk representative (Oct/21/2022; 1am)... The hotel needs him to leave...
I am appalled that they would give me a room with urine on the floor and toilet, worst of all they said they could not clean it until they finished cleaning all the rooms and when they came to clean all they did is but a towel on the floor to soak up the urine! Also when I asked for towels the lady was rude and forgot to bring them. I would never recommend this place to anyone, it was a horrible experience!
The hot3l is in a great location, is nice but the staff is rough, one of the guys at the count yelled at me just because I asked for towels and he was vety rude. But everything else is fine.
The worst customer service, after your booking you'll receive a private message stating that they can not receive your packages from Amazon. Customer service is rude, hello word is unknown for them, and never smile.
There was mold in the shower, all over the inside of the toilet. There was no top sheet on the bed. Only one set of towels. The room smelled of mold and caused both me and my wife headaches. We checked out the next morning indicating I was not paying for a second night, originally scheduled for 2 days and the clerk told us to contact Experian to get a refund on the second night. When we called Experian, they said we had to get that through the hotel. i have stayed in seedy hotels before but this one was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed with a 4 star price tag. Will never stay here again.
I had to leave on a medical emergency and they refused one day refund. Poor customer service.

Air conditioning bad clerk didn’t want to help with the issue very rude and to much damp in the room
The Hotel is old, updated exterior of property. But the interior was worn and outdated. Had to switch room because of the overwhelming smell of mold. Second room wasn't much better. Another small negative the room lacked usb outlets to charge my electronics devices. Had to buy car charging adapters for rental car. I definitely wouldn't recommend this property. One last thing, the carpet needed to be replaced as well, major overhall needed
