Great Stay

A great modern hotel. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. They spoke very little English but with Google translate, they're still accommodating. Wi-Fi worked well. Smart TV worked well, connected to Netflix easily-- we were stuck in side a lot as it rained our entire trip. Everything was very clean. They had free parking in a lot a street behind the hotel but we easily accessed the back door of the hotel to get in instead of walking back around. The strip of Paseo de Montejo is a fantastic, walkable area-- a bit more tourist friendly than downtown. Our only complaint was that the smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense it gave me a headache. I could go the rest of my life without smelling Fabuloso ever again after this trip. Overall, it was a great stay--especially for the price.

The hotel was nice overall. The pool area could use some more cleaning. The windows were very dirty, smudged everywhere. Also, the corners/floor of the shower were pretty dirty. Everything the hotel offers is nice and comfortable but it could be cleaner.

Chariot es una opcion para los que buscan estar cerca del Remate de Paseo Montejo, y caminar por la Zona del Centro y el corredor Gastronomico. Es un hotel de solo 3 pisos, sin servicio a Cuartos de Alimentos, pero hay un restaurante junto con acceso por el Lobby. De amenidad solo tiene una Alberca al frente que mas bien es un canal de Nado. Cuenta con estacionamiento ( un lote baldio) por la calle 56 . Las Habitaciones son Comodas, Con Servibar y Smart TV.

no lo tomare de nuevo, solo si no hay mas

La habitación es cómoda y bonita, el problema viene en el baño, la regadera tiraba el agua para todos lados menos a donde debía. tambien como viajero de negocios, se sugiere que en cada habitación exista planca y burrito de planchado. otro problema es el estacionamiento,, esta feo y da la apariencia de no tener casi seguridad, no esta dentro de las instalaciones del mismo hotel.

BONITO Y COMODO.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, sobre paseo montejo, se ve nuevo, cumple con lo necesario para hospedarse y salir a conocer las zonas turisticas de MERIDA. tiene estacionamiento en la calle de atrás lo cual no es complicado. Las habitaciones son amplias, y todo estaba muy limpio, sin embargo es necesario estar al pendiente de los mantenimientos, sería una lastima que decaiga por falta de mantenimiento. Afuera de la alberca habia mucha agua en el cesped artificial, esa humedad se irá a las habitaciones que estan abajo.. En una de las regaderas de las habitaciones que rentamos a la regadera le falta quitar el sarro, el agua salia para todos lados, el minisplit hacia ruido y tiraba agua. de lo demas todo excelente, muy recomendable.

dejé mi reclamación en el hotel y a través de hoteles.com y todavía no he recibido respuesta, a pesar de que me dijeron que la atenderían rápidamente, no pude dormir en toda la noche por un ruido de máquinas averiadas muy elevado y molesto, y tampoco tuve agua caliente.
