The condo is as advertised. We had a little issue with some light bulbs and shower but it was immediately seen to by the hosts.All in all it was a great experience. We loved the view from the balcony.

Easy check in and check out. super clean room! The host supplied us with an abundance of things like towels, more toilet paper than noted, endless blankets, and more. Very awesome property! The walk to the beach is a bit far, but the host supplied a wagon, so that made it so much easier. An AC guy did come during our stay that we were not alerted about. Also there is a requirement to keep the thermostat at 72 and my bunch likes it really cold at night, but the host supplied us with fans!

We just recently stayed last week and loved it. The condo was nicely renovated. Even loved that there was a crock pot! I gave it 4/5 stars due to the lack of beach accessories. I made sure to ask about them prior to coming and was told yes, there were beach accessories provided. We got there and the only thing we had was a small, awful cart and 2 coolers. No chairs, no umbrella, nothing else. It was disappointing to see the lack of items available. I will say the Horizons team did great with rectifying the chair problem and dropped off 3 brand new chairs when I contacted them- they worked quickly to help. I sure do hope that the beach toys, toddler life jacket and toddler pool tarp we bought stayed in the condo for others that rent there and have children. It was a game changer for their beach trips! All in all, I would rent here again and enjoyed our stay! Thank you again to the Horizon team for helping with the chair issue.

Took the kids for our annual Marco trip. We loved that we had a perfect view to the pool. The walk to the beach was a bit of a struggle, especially when taking things to the beach. Once we arrived to the beach the water was so clear. The kids had a great time walking the beach and collecting seashells. Pros: -Condo was clean-Pool view -Kitchen has the necessary items. Cons:-Long walk to beach-No beach chairs -No beach toys

South Seas stay

This unit is updated and has comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is stocked well but could use some sharp knives. Toilets are very low. Horizon Rental was very responsive.

Nice stay on Marco

Very comfortable, updated property with a lot of nice touches. Clean, well stocked and quiet. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Tiger Tail Beach 2024

The check in process was easy. The unit was cute, well equipped with a nice beach vibe. Access to the beach and Tiger Tail Park was great. The parking, pickle ball courts and pool was great! We look forward to our return in 2025

Great for the price

Well located even though, as mentionned in comments and as expected, it was still a long walk to the sea. Checkin was simple and the place was really clean and well maintained and organized. Would book again.

An inconvenience

We never were notified about the parking situation at all. The parking area/garage for our building was under construction our entire stay. It made unloading and loading very difficult as my husband has a bad back. We had to walk an entire building over and through the pool area, it was exhausting just to get to our car. Groceries were a nightmare. The staff at the resort were also extremely unpleasant and were very rude from start to finish. We also still had to pay a $100 parking fee even though we weren’t even able to park where we should’ve been able to park. Overall we will never be back. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, it made our trip very stressful.

Great place

We arrived very late at night, around 3:00am, but didn't have any problems getting the keys, as they were left for us by the rental office. Condo has well equipped kitchen so you could cook basically anything. Nice patio with amazing views. We would recommend replacing the mattress and loud fans in both bathrooms. Overall, great place to stay at Marco Island. We loved it.

Served the purpose

We arrived late at night and the AC was not working at all. Could not reach anyone until the morning. The handyman they sent over was less than cordial and did not know what he was talking about. This wasted a couple of hours as we had to verify he did not fix it. Then the agency called a repair man. I had to keep on top of them and pressuring them, as it did not seem of urgent nature to them to fix it. They never checked back with me to make sure the repair man fixed the AC and that it and was working properly. The walk to the beach is too long for anyone with any kind of a mobility handicap. The unit was for the most part clean, but there was obvious dust under the TV stand which was about 6" off the ground. The owner's closet had items to use at the beach which was nice, but the keys were not provided to us with our packet upon arrival and we had to call the office to have them delivered.

A quiet well kept community

It was clean, very quiet and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and closet space. The view from the patio was very nice. parking was adequate. Great place!

I loved it!

We stayed in two locations on Marco Island with Horizons Rentals and both locations were perfect! As the first location had a water damage when we were there (due to a neighbor appart), Horizons Rentals move us to a larger house promplty and we really appreciate their professionnalism. The condo we had was large, well equipped, clean and in a nice location on Marco island. I will enjoy be back there as soon as I can to enjoy the perfect weather, the beach and the large pool! Thanks to Horizons and its wonderful staff!

Enjoyed our stay with a condo rental

The condo was perfect for a family with two teenagers. The rental had beach towels and supplies available which was a pleasant surprise. It was also nice to have laundry available on the same floor as our rental. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but much better then having to drive and park,
