Stunning **BRIGHT** Direct Waterfront 5/4 Home! Private Pool, Hot Tub & Dock!

The Coral Cove is a newly constructed spectacular home in the secure, gated community in The Tides at Vaca Cut. This designer decorated coastal beauty is situated right on the waterway with quick direct access to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the bay breeze from the open air balconies, all while watching the boats pass by and the pelicans and manatees visit the area. Relax in the private pool and hot tub and dine al fresco as the sun sets. With plenty of space for 12 guests, this 2293 square foot home has all the amenities you could want. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, an en suite bath with a huge walk-in closet and a private balcony. There is also a junior master suite with a king bed, en suite bath and a cozy sitting area. There are two more bedrooms with queen beds and one room with bunk beds, and a trundle to comfortably sleep 3 children. Each of the 5 bedrooms have wall mounted flat-screen smart TV's for all of your television streaming.
The TV in the living room also includes cable and there is high speed wireless internet throughout the home.
The gourmet kitchen features all new Kitchen-Aid appliances, quartz countertops, a waterfall island with barstools, a large dining table with plenty of seating and a dry-bar entertainment area.
The large sectional in the family room is in the heart of the open living area. Comfortable and inviting, its a great space to gather, play a game, unwind or plan your day. Walk out of the living area onto the spacious upper balcony, complete with an outdoor dining area and large sofa.
The ground level boasts the private pool with optional heating (additional fee), covered hot tub, additional seating, lounge chairs, a canopied day-bed, beverage refrigerator and a gas grill all within a fenced-in yard. There are also bicycles and an outdoor ping pong table for your enjoyment. The Coral Cove is situated directly next to the path leading to the community dock. The house includes a bait freezer and 36 feet of lighted dock space with fish cleaning tables and whips for added protection for your boat. After fishing, take a stroll to the waterfront gazebo on The Tides property and marvel at what we call the Florida Keys lifestyle.

Florida Family Vacay

We were looking for a central spot in the Keys to use as a homebase. This place was more than we expexcted providing a piece of paradise to relax from. The view off the deck and outside pool area were perfect to absorb the tropic vibes. The house was well stocked and Jodi was very reaponsive to any questions. The houses are quite close together and we had some noisy neighbours a couple nights, but they quieted down after i went and talked to them. Overall a perfect spot for our stay and i would defenitely love to come back some day.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property. We went two years ago and had the best time so had to make the trip again. The home is beautiful, roomy, and impeccably clean. The views are stunning. We loved just being able to jump on our boat to watch the sunrise or sunset out in the ocean. The home is in a great location with restaurants nearby, a Publix 5 minutes away, and a cute outdoor aquarium just over the bridge (our little ones loved it). Jodi, the host, is so sweet and responsive. This is by far our best VRBO experience!

Keys getaway

I wanted to share my positive experience regarding the property we recently stayed at - it was truly awesome. The easy access to the boat and the top-notch furnishings inside really made our stay enjoyable. One small suggestion would be to consider adding an ice machine to the property, although I understand it's not anyone's fault. At times, boat traffic doesn't follow the signs in the cut and creates a wake, which can be a bit disruptive to our docked boat. It took a day for the upstairs area to cool down, but the property manager was quick to address the issue, which we appreciated. Additionally, it would be helpful to schedule pool maintenance and landscaping services on transition days rather than mid-week, so guests don't have to deal with disruptions during their vacation. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at the property again in the future.

Fantastic property

We really enjoyed our stay. This location is close to one of the few beaches and there are many placed to eat/shop near by. Grocery stores are a short drive we preferred the WinDixie. Our kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock was a blast! If you are want to catch big enough fish i would suggest renting a boat or paying for the excursion. A lot of the fish near the pier you cannot eat or are not big enough but still fun. We would book here again if we stayed in the area again!

Absolutely great VRBO! Jodi is great to communicate with. She responds promptly and is very helpful. The house is beautiful and she really has everything that anyone could possibly need. I am a hotel/VRBO snob and I was absolutely impressed and very happy! We were even blessed to see 6 manatees swim right in front of the dock! Absolutely amazing to see! Great experience!

This place is amazing, so clean , which I’m extremely picky about clean. It was lovely to sit outside on the veranda and watch the boats go by, the setting was just perfect. We ate breakfast and lunch here and ate out every evening for dinner because after all I’m on vacation . Lots of restaurants to choose from in the local area . I would definitely recommend this place to stay, lots of room for 3 couples to have their own bedroom and bath area. Jodi could not of been more gracious and helpful when needed. If there were more stars I would give this place more stars. Thanks Jodi for such a lovely stay.

Paradise in Marathon

Coral Cove was an amazing house with every amenity you could possibly need. We had 4 children along ages 1,3,5,and 7. There were plenty of toys to play with in the pool and I did pay extra for the heat and glad I id because temperatures were in the 60's. The house was well equiped with everything you might need, Also it was clean as whistle. We loved having the beach towels to use. The view from the living room was devine. You can watch boats in the channel or bird watch. The dock was great to have. Our group caught quite a few fish off of it. Lastly, the beds and bedding were super comfortable! Just a lovely place to stay!Oh, annd communication with the owner was spot on.

Beautiful Property with an Amazing View!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jodi's Five Tides property! The sunsets were amazing from the decks looking out at the water. The dock and pool were awesome and the house is pristine. Our family of 5 couples had a fantastic week there.

Fantastic Property!

This property was amazing! We were there with our kids and grandkids on a family vacation. This house had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We did pay to have the pool heated as it was a cooler week. This made it possible to swim day or night, which we did! Jodi was a great host and responds very quickly. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It also has two washers and dryers which was a big plus. There were plenty of beach chairs, coolers, games and fishing poles. Having the dock right there to fish off of was great also. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this property! Thank you Jodi for giving our family a very memorable and enjoyable vacation! We can’t wait to come back to Marathon and hope to visit your property again. Definitely a 5/5!!!

Coral Cove at the Tide

Great location to launch from for Key West, fishing, jet skiing, sunset cruises, etc. With the pool and ping pong table, plenty for keeping the kids busy, including fishing from the private dock. I would highly recommend this location and Jodi was a very responsive host. THANKS!

Paradise!

We have been coming to the keys for 30 years. We have rented homes all throughout the keys and this house is my absolute favorite! Jodi was amazing and super easy to communicate with. The location in marathon was perfect for driving, walking and boating! We had a very large group and needed to rent two homes side by side and Jodi helped us make that happen. The fishing off the dock was amazing! We had no trouble docking our jet ski at all with the wips! The kitchen had everything you could need and they had so many extra goodies! Beach chairs and umbrellas which we used at Curry Hammock park which is literally a two minute drive from the house! We will definitely be back!

Great Location on the canal , Host is remarkable

I am GLAD to say that this Place is a 5 star PLUS easy. I did not do all my home work i am ashamed to say. I did not know it had a slip for a Boat rite out the door ( Shame on Me ) OK Back to the place Clean Clean Clean We had a group of 10 and we cooked a lot. Had Extra condiment there already which helped us before we went shopping . Ok This is Just a GREAT place RITE in the middle of the keys ( great location ) PS ... I PERSONALLY DO NOT KNOW this Host . They deserve this review
