* There's a fully equipped kitchen with cooking stove, refrigerator, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, teapot, etc.
* Entire apartment will be available to the guest.
* Laundry machine is located in the basement. There are also public laundromats available within a short distance.

Quiet neighborhood near the city of Manchester, Connecticut and a few minutes away from East Hartford, Glastonbury, Hartford, West Hartford, Bolton, Windsor, East Windsor and other neighboring towns located in Hartford County.

* If you are coming off Interstate (I-84), it is advisable to use exit 63.
* Stay in the middle lane and continue all the way for about 1 mile then turn right onto Grove St. Destination with be there.

*Please note that this street has two sides with one side leading to a dead end and sometimes maps lead people to this wrong side. If this happens, please follow these directions to get to the right side of the street.:
* Drive toward Main st.
* Turn left on Main st.
* Turn left on Henry St.
* Turn left on Summit St.
* Turn left on Grove Street again. Destination will be there.
