This is a two bedroom house with a shared full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer for those cold wet breezy days after your hunt! Settle in after your hunt and cook up your dinner in a spacious kitchen while you wash and descent your clothing for the next day's hunt. This private house lies on the Clayton/Louisville border not far from many deer hunting leases and only 15 minutes from the famous Ambercrombies restaurant in Clayton. Whether you cook in or eat out, you'll have a nice place to relax with plenty of room. One bedroom is a queen bed and the other is two twin beds. Perfect for laying out your clothing for the next day's hunt. No hunting is permitted on the property but it is close to your lease!
