Was first given a room with a queen sized bed and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the door. Had reserved a Non-Smoking, Deluxe, King sized bed. "I can give you another room", she told me. Got the room I had reserved online. Vending machine was out of water, they got me one out of their warehouse. Stayed 5 nights, one morning there was no hot water. One night we didn't have a place to park our vehicle, they made a place for us. Every employee I spoke with was very accommendating and pleasant. Wish I had gotten the name of the young lady on duty most of the time. She always smiled and was pleasant.
Hey, it's a Super 8. What do you expect? You aren't paying for the Hilton!! It can be tricky getting into the property. You should always be driving in one direction, otherwise you have to cross a double line. And there is a dip, so don't speed. But I found that same dip in a lot of places in L.A. It felt a little weird that the road going up one side of the property (the side you exit onto) was full of Uber and Lyft drivers at all times of the day and night. I suppose because of it's proximity to the airport. But there was never any problem because of it.
Like I said, it's Super 8 and not the Hilton. You want to pay double the price, go ahead. But for the price, it was a good place to sleep at night!
