Money was pulled out amd pending in my account for our room earlier in the day. When we went to check in they wanted my credit card to charge me and I told them we had already been charged, showed them and still would not give me the room that was charged. We ended up leaving and driving back to San Diego tired...

Cheap and clean. Wasn’t perfect but you get what you pay for and it was worth it

This place was ok. I tried to call the front desk because I was having a hard time finding the place and no one answered. I call multiple times. Could have been a lot cleaner in the room as someones hair was still in the sink and on the bed.

Room was under remodeling, smelled of new paint, smokers used the tables directly below the room so had to be careful not to open the window to reduce the paint smell while they were smoking. Bathroom tap only produced a trickle in the hot position. No toilet paper roll holder installed. The motion activated light in the bathroom was not calibrated, and came on once, otherwise had to fiddle with the manual button which seemed to behave differently each time I pressed it.

Underground parking with no elevator made luggage handling difficult. The screen on the back door to the patio was off the track so could not be opened. Staff was friendly, but room was very small and definitely NOT worth the price.

It was very clean! Good breakfast, and very close to beach. Right off the road do you can hear the nighttime traffic but overall we loved our stay.

Room was clean but walls very thin. You can hear walking above in rooms and walkway, talking, traffic. Hard to get good sleep with that.

I was on the first floor and the people above me were walking around ALL NIGHT LONG (until 5am) and the floors (my ceiling) creaked so loudly all night that I got zero sleep and couldn't wait to leave.

I didn't like having to deal with the parking permit situation. The shower head needs updating.

Basic place to get a night's rest. Located in nice area of south bay. Nice flat screen TV. Basement parking did mean another flight of stairs, not good if you have luggages.

Was too much money for this motel 1 star and then at the same time in the nex day i stayed in a 4 stars for 126 dollar from an other company.

They didn't come to clean the room until very late in the day, and only actually did anything in the room two days. there was visible graffiti on the wall in the bathroom, that I needed to bring to their attention. The headboard on the bed was all sticky and disgusting.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and the location was very close to the beach.

The hotel staff was very good if I give a poor review was because of the manager at the time I arrived "Upoli" the rest of the staff was very helpful an courteous, here is how everything started, I made 2 reservations for this facility because we where bringing company in any place on the reservation asked for names that being said, we decided to pay with my husbands credit card for one of the reservations and Upoli made a big deal about it saying that we needed to change the reservation or we wouldn't be able to check in that we needed to contact reservations to change the name other wise we couldn't check in, I did try but there was no place in the site where I could do that, first of all I been working for the hospitality industry for more then 20 years and I will understand if I wasn't to be the one checking in to change the name but I was right there I just wanted to use a different credit card besides there is ways to explain certain thighs to people he was very rude and arrogant. since it was our arrival made our vacation start with a bad taste. That being said Ana the lady at the front desk was very pleasant she call us once we settled in to the room to make sure everything was ok we where missing some towels and she made sure they delivered them promptly. The room we stayed had a broken mirror on the bathroom that was taped with packing tape it could use more attention and the drawers had dust on them. Other then that our stay was great it was close to the beach

Cleaning was not good. The hairs were on the floor and the complimentary coffee was not provided.
