Hotel and room were okay, especially for the price. The hotel appears recently renovated with lots of potted plants everywhere, giving the courtyard/parking lot a nice vibe. We lit courtyard as well. And the actual parking is in their underground garage, off the street. Very secure.

Staff was excellent. The room smelled like smoke. They switched me to another room, but it was more of the same. Smoke smell but covered up by cleaning solution. Substandard room with stains on pillow cases, deferred maintenance in unit and broken shutters. Staff was very nice and accommodating however will not return due to building. Wish I could have received a refund and gone elsewhere. Good location.

We just returned from a month travelling around the U.S, staying in multiple budget hotels and this was by far the worst accommodation of the entire trip. We are not picky travellers and only needed a place to sleep but this place was genuinely unpleasant. Avoid it. Staff were consistently miserable and unhelpful. We stayed five nights and never once had hot water when trying to shower. Every time we needed to use the shower we had to call the front desk and wait for the water to heat up. Housekeeping was effectively nonexistent. The room was never cleaned, sheets and towels were not changed once, the floors were dirty, and there was visible mould in the room. I asked at the front desk one morning if housekeeping could attend the room. Someone came in, changed a bin, and left. The only reason I knew they had been there was because they left their window cleaner behind. No cleaning was actually done. Breakfast was extremely poor with very limited options. On the first day there were no knives available. When I asked staff, I was told they couldn’t find any locally to buy, which was strange as we purchased our own later that day without issue. Seating for breakfast was also very limited, maybe enough for around ten people for the entire hotel. The only positives were free parking and being about a 15 minute walk to a park for the kids. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. This hotel was the only negative memory from an otherwise great trip I would find somewhere else

The room was cosy with basic amenities. It was not serviced daily. The breakfast was a light breakfast, but enough to get the day started. The courtyard between all rooms was closed for the entire duration for maintenance, which was disruptive and very noisy - I would expect to have been forewarned.

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I love the fact that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion were of good quality, so you can actually use them. Breakfast was easy and tasty.
