Standing along guest house 600 square feet in a gated property of a picturesque quite and safe neighborhood. There is a big covered patio connecting the guest house with the main house. There are three more patios on the property, so the covered one attached to the guest house is totally at guests' disposal. Parking area is very big, it is gated for extra security plus 16 security cameras around the property 24/7.
The guest house includes two rooms: full bedroom with one queen size bed, three wardrobes, a side table. an armchair and TV. And a living room/full kitchen with two sofas, coffee table, corner tables, lamps, hanging and ceiling lamps workplace with a full desk and bookshelves, kitchen area with everything you need there. Coffee maker Keuring brews America's leading coffee brands. Recently remodeled bathroom, bedroom, two 40" smart TVs for each room, fast speed Internet 500x500 mb.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed only with prier description of good personality/ training and received written permission. Maximum one dog. $95 per stay. Tell us more about your pet. Cats are not allowed.
Please, have in mind - this is a picturesque mountain area. sometimes you can see coyotes and deer. Usually from the car. At the same time it's only 7 min. away from a free way, 5 min. from Hacienda Hills Trailhead, about 45 min. from downtown L.A. , within an hour from the most popular beaches, theaters and museums.
