Remodeled apartment from studs up feels like new! Modern remodel with 9' high ceilings, LVP flooring, custom cabinetry, work desk, quartz counters, tiled bathroom, ductless heat pump that also provides AC. There is a covered interior hall entrance from front door or off-street parking in the back alley. This unit has new furnishings and is very fully stocked for your convenient and comfortable stay. #4 is upstairs right.
You can park in the back off the alley. There is private exterior stairs that lead to the back door. You can also enter through the front door where there is an interior staircase that leads to the #4 front door on right. There is street curbside parking in front.
Not far from Lake Sacajawea. Plex is between Ocean Beach Hwy and Downtown Longview. You will see there are many stores and things to do nearby.

Family vacation
We worked around issues so that the unit met our needs. Check-in instructions imply that access should be through the building and unit front doors. Though, we found the unit key in the lockbox at the back door. The unit is described online as 3 bedrooms; it's two bedrooms with a loft that was empty except for a desk. The unit is also described online as having 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed while the in-unit instructions describe a single person fold-down sofa. The sofa is NOT a sofa bed or a fold-down sofa; it has a recliner on each end. A note was left that the extra linens, towels, and washcloths were in the dryer. Though, the items were still wet in the dryer because EVERYTHING (blankets, sheets, towels, and washcloths) were in the dryer as a single load. I had to separate the "bundle" and dry three separate loads. To accommodate our family of four adults (grandmother and 3 adult grandchildren), we bought an air mattress for one grandson, and grandmother slept on the sofa. Otherwise, the unit was clean and conveniently located for our plans.

We were grateful to find a place to stay in Longview. This apartment was more than adequate. Very workable kitchen, heaters and ac were great, beds were comfy. Nice to have a washer and dryer, though we didn’t use them. Communication was easy and prompt. Thank you!
