"The room was great, and the grounds were nice. I wasn't happy that the website had no mention of the dining room not being available and that the pool and hot tub were not open. The dining room with its great view were a prime reason that I booked the reservation in the first place."

"First they didn’t find my reservation, then it was a problem because I didn’t find my drivers license and she didn’t accept and other ID. Finally part of the people that works there don’t use a face mask"
