Super 8 by Wyndham Little Falls

Booked a room for my daughters for a wedding in Little Falls. They got into their room and there were bedbugs. The front desk person came up and took pictures. Moved them to a different room, and that room had bugs. When asked for a refund, they flatly said no. When Orbitz asked them for a refund on my behalf they said no. Absolutely terrible service. Made my daughters (both over 18) feel like children. Booked a room across at the Country Inn, and had no issues at all. WILL NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN.

Room was disgusting. Frknt desk wouldnt do anything about it. Items from previoua tenant were left in the room had not towels, soap, shampoo etc...

I reserved a non-smoking room. The odor of cigarette smoke was so pungent in the room, I went to the front desk. Their response was "yes, the previous customer was charged $500 for that." The only thing they did, was place a small odor neutralizer on the desk in the room. The room was filthy, hair in the bathroom, mold in the coffee maker, lint/dirt/dust in the air conditioner. Gross.

Staff very friendly. Room very cold but clean. ...

We had an enjoyable weekend hunting. We are repeat customers.

It was as expected. I will come again. Vending machine didn't want to take an old dollar, but seriously cannot blame hotel for that.

Was a nice hotel for this price range, we would stay here again. Rooms were very clean, front desk staff was helpful. Convenient location off of highway but unable to hear traffic.

The staff was very helpful and when my son-in-law got very wet hunting they dried his clothes and even offered to wash them. That was going beyond expectations.

Room was musty and smelled gross. Wish I had found another place to stay but all rooms were booked up in town. Yuck

nice clean room for the price had everything I needed bed was comfortable, flat screen tv, comfortable swivel rocker in the room, frig and coffee pot only 1/2 block from HWY 10 EXIT filling station across the street and super market also lots of restaurants in the immediate area.

I am disappointed in a motel now a days that doesn't allow pets and doesn't have a pool or fitness center. Only stayed here because there were no other room available elsewhere.

Easy access and low price however room smelled so bad we walked across the street and bought febreeze. Breakfast was bad; we went to the gas station and bought coffee and food. Beds were very uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

For an older hotel, they did what they could to update things and try to make it more comparable to the more costly hotels you'd get in the Brainerd/Baxter area. It's definitely worth the savings if you just need a nice room to crash for the evening.

I have been staying in motels since 1949 and have never had it a 100% to my liking before even the net was easy to get on too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Desk clerk was great, though a bit frazzled. Had a problem with the key machine, requiring TWO trips back and forth, the first time being told there was nothing wrong with the keys--"They're perfect--you just have to know how to use them!" The second time back was met with profound apologies--there had been a problem with the machine that coded the keys! Did recommend a great restaurant. Was glad we were really tired and there just to sleep and depart!

Easy access from Highway, Rooms not updated or clean, cigarette holes in blanket on bed,(Hotel did not replace or offer to replace when reported) mattress pad, sheets not tucked in. White sheets looked like they were 20 years old. Chair in room very very dirty. Wanted to sleep in the bathtub because it looked cleaner. If this hotel had not already been booked and paid for by my Company and refundable I would not have stayed. I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone. Unless you want a rent by the hour room.

We were mostly looking for a basic and inexpensive place to sleep while exploring in the area, and that's what we got. Great location, adequate sleeping arrangements, though the bed sheet and blanket appeared to be for a smaller bed than we had. The sheet/blanket combo reached across the top of the mattress but not over the edges more than an inch or two, which is fine for one person, but makes it a challenge for two. The front desk person, though trying to be helpful, was a little pushy with suggestions on things to do, our decision to book through [...]and our choice to live in St. Paul. Slight annoyance, but overall we got what we were looking for and had a great time in the Little Falls area!

it was a much better super 8 than other's we have stayed in. i just have had bad experience's with super 8 and they are sometime's creepy. i did not like that they put us way at the very end and on ground level. but, it was very clean.

Rooms are average, but the staff was great! Very nice.
