The check-in reviews are spot on!

Once we were able to figure out the keypads and door locks- everything was great! It was like an escape room to figure out- just have to have a positive attitude! Fully equipped space. Vacasa support was also great!

Clean Great Location. A few adjustments perfect

Hard to find the unit. The directions provided were not accurate. The first door is actually black on the outside, not green. It is between the second and third floors not first and second. All living room furniture had loose screws. Need Allen wrench to tighten. Broken items in hall closet should be removed. Master bath could use more towel hooks and a towel ring. King pillows need king pillow cases. Kitchen well outfitted but only half the toaster works and there was no cookie sheet. Overall a nice place that was extremely clean and an awesome location for visiting Loon Mountain.

Overall, the property was very nice. Clean and well stocked! Some furniture is showing its age (tables and chairs!) A few comments that you might want to consider:Directions to get to the unit were lacking detail - very hard to find!TV did not work and no directions in the unit on how to operate it.

Loon condo

This unit was great for a family of 4. The unit was very clean and has a great view from the balcony. It was a little difficult to locate it and we had issues with the entry code and there was also no key in the lock box upon arrival however we were able to call customer service right away and they provided us with a back up code

Good location

The check in process was a disaster. We were not given the code to the exterior lock or the backup lockbox. I was able to contact the host, which is a third party agency. They were responsive but it took about an hour from the time we arrived until we could actually enter the property. The unit was clean but tired. The tables and chairs all had loose hardware. The beds were uncomfortable. The location was great and there’s a lot to do in the area. We enjoyed having access to the pools, hot tubs and other amenities. We spent a good amount of time at the pool. The property could be great but definitely needs some TLC.

The rental condo was very clean and neat. The only issues with the condo were the lack of air conditioning and the doors. The entry door to the porch was jammed and difficult to open. once we got in the condo that door remained open throughout our stay. The screens on the slider doors were also damaged.

Nice Unit, Overall Property Just Okay

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo interior was clean and had everything we needed, like fans, pool towels, and even some detergent. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated, but the furniture and rugs are pretty outdated. The location was good- only a few minutes drive to the downtown Lincoln area and close to the local attractions like Clark’s trading post and Loon stride. There were a few things that bothered us during our stay. The towels and linens were clean but a bit scratchy. The instructions to find the unit were useless, and after driving around for 20 minutes we were lucky to find someone at the main reception building who could give us proper instructions. The stairwells and grounds were dirty, unlit and outdated. The porches to the unit were unswept and dirty, and the furniture on them was also filthy and completely uninviting. There were no screens installed on the porch sliding doors, and we couldn’t open some of the windows because the screens had large gaps. Even though the unit doesn’t have air conditioning, we were comfortable enough at night with the windows open and fans going. It was quite muggy during the day in the unit, but we were out exploring the area most of the time. We used the indoor pools on a rainy day, which were clean, but outdated. One of the outdoor pools was closed for maintenance. Overall, we’d likely choose to stay elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Lovely Mother’s Day and Graduation weekend

The condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The facilities at the rest of the resort was decent. Appreciated access to pool and jacuzzi.

Unit nice, nice proximity to Loon Mountain

Stay was nice, unit was spacious and well stocked. (some beds could use new matteresses though) Lots of frustration with the check in process and lack of directions to the unit, as its numbering is inconsistent with the other units in the building. Management company was not helpful over the phone as they did not have directions in addition to what was sent via email. Once settled, our stay was fine and unit was as pictured.

Great spot

Was a little tricky finding the condo, but once we did we truly enjoyed it. Very spacious, private, clean, and the shower water pressure was great after skiing all day long! Great location for anyone wanting to ski Loon, Waterville, or Cannon. The washer/dryer came in handy too. Would definitely stay here again.

Worth the hunt

This condo was absolutely wonderful and so clean. It had everything you needed with plenty of room and a nice big open kitchen. It was extremely hard to find the condo but once found it was lovely!

Problems

The curtains didn’t work for the glass doors, the door to the deck was very tight and hard to open, the toaster only worked on 1side. It is a large place and very homey.

Beautiful Area

While the unit itself was quite nice, the walk up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator was quite unexpected. Since I was traveling with my 92 year old father and 88 year old mother it posed quite a problem for us. I never would have booked this unit if I was aware of this. On top of that we could not get the furnace to work and spent a chilly night before getting ahold of someone from Vacasa who did send out a repair man. He was unable to get it going but brought us some electric space heaters. Overall we had a great time in the area which was a great location but the stairs and no heat put a damper on an otherwise great time.

Great place for my family!

We had a great time at this property- it was cleaned and well maintained. I felt more like I was getting 5 star hotel treatment without all of the interruptions. The sheets and towels were really clean as well. And they even included small shampoo, conditioner and soap! My only note is that it wasn’t super easy to find because it had a different numbers than the resort rooms- thankfully the girl at the front desk was Super helpful and showed us right where to go.

Spacious condo with great amenities

The condo was bigger and nicer than we expected. The location is perfect, right across from Loon. The kids loved the multiple pools, hot tubs and game room. The washer and dryer are a nice bonus too. I'd highly recommend staying here.
