I called a week in advance requesting an inside room, explained traveling with newborn. I do customer service myself, so I always try to be polite. It seems they purposely placed us on the end with the crackheads, rather than the motel guests. There was some guy that sat in his truck by the door we used the whole wknd, 24 hours, just sitting there. The hot water only worked half the time. Had to microwave water to wash baby bottles. When I opened ac lid to adjust, black stuff fell off. See below pic of tp holder in bathroom. We stayed here a year ago and it seemed decently taken care of then, but not now.
